"This company is awful when it comes to customer service. My company was sent a duplicate of a product we already ordered and received. I called to let them know this and they were brisk, defensive and just did not care. The only way they were going to reimburse my company was for me to send it back to them. They would not pay for the full shipping or have it picked up from us -nor would they apologize or admit they did anything wrong. I put in a complaint on their website of they negativity they projuected to me on the phone and details of the situation and no one ever responded to me. They are the most lazy, unhelpful and defensive vendor I have ever had to deal with."
"Ordered 128MB PC100 stick for an older Gigabyte AMD K6-2 500 machine. Received it in 5 days. Worked perfectly, great price and free postage. Online configuration works very well. Thanks again."
"This company is awesome! My sales rep. helps me find exactly the right type of RAM for everything from old laptops and desktops to the newest systems out. They ship very quickly and I never have to worry about getting my order on time. Very helpful and courteous staff. Our company will definitely continue to do business with Coast 2 Coast!"
"Found this company on pricewatch, had DDR2 PC2 3200 memory for 30-50% less than any other legitimate reseller. Took a chance as their resellerrating was decent. I am VERY pleased to announce that I recieved the memory fast and it works well in my new Dell."
"Although the ratings for this merchant are decidedly mixed, I gave it a try on the premise of being ready to pull the plug and pay more at the first sign of trouble. Given some of the negative reviews, I was ready for something fishy to accompany the significantly lower-than-average price for the 4GB of PC3200 DDR RAM I was buying for my Mac G5 2.5 GHz.
I had sent an earlier e-mail asking for clarification on the right part number, and received a prompt reply with the correct information. When ordering, the rep on the phone was matter-of-fact in sorting me out on the right items, and getting my order underway.
The only surprise was when I got home that day and found an e-mail from Coast to Coast saying the part was backordered. The e-mail form was very difficult to read, even in fixed-width font, so it was not clear how or why a part I was told was "in stock" just hours before could be on back-order. I called the next morning, spoke with another rep, and was told that one of two sets of DIMMS was on overnight back-order and both would ship that day (day after my order).
The RAM did ship, and arrived overnight so as to give me the same second-day delivery service I had paid for. Probably due to the fact I'm in NYC so close to their NJ location, but all the same they got the job done and the RAM works fine."
"I ordered: (4) 32mb 4k refresh 72pin EDO SIMM's.
It took them a while to ship: I ordered on 7/25, but the order didn't ship out until 8/5 (11 days):
but I received what I ordered.
The product was used (system pulls), but for the price, and considering the age of the technology, this was to be expected.
I ran the memory through a memory tester (software), and the memory checked out perfect.
I will do business with them again!

"Bought a 32MB SIMM for my printer on July 20, received it via US Mail July 28 (New Jersey to California). Memory works fine."
"Purchase a pair of 64MB EDO ram to work on an old computer. It was back order. Tool 3 weeks to delivery. Finally got it. One stick of RAM was defective. So sent it back for exchange. They send me another one in about 2 weeks. It looks nothing like the previous one. Since EDO has to work in matching pairs, these don't work.
I sent it back requesting for exchange to a matching pair. I asked them for a pair of 32MB instead of 64MB. A pair of 64MB cost $7 more than a pair of 32MB's. I was being billed $9.95 for the cost difference.
It turns out that they sent 2 pairs of 32MB plus shipping charge. So much for free shipping. I got 2 pairs of 32MB when I have space to fit one pair. The best part is I am being chared for it.... I would think twice before buying from them again."
"BEWARE! They promise no restocking fee "if you use our memory configurator tool" but then do not provide ANY useful information on it except "any" memory of (ie pc133) configuration will work. They have MANY misleading ads on pricewatch which their "customer service" department will deny.
In short, they promise "no restocking fee" if you do this or that, but will inevitably find some excuse to deny that promise. Apparently their goal is to extract $5-$10 from everyone they can con into purchasing from them, satisfaction is of no concern.
There are equal bargains to be had from more trustworthy sources. Beware the empty promises of this company."
"I've ordered twice from them now. I am pleased with both transactions and haven't had any trouble with them. "
"Referred by Pricewatch.com, purchased a 512MB PC133 SDRAM chip for my HP Pavilion ZT1145 laptop. Took about one week to ship across country. Installed into laptop, had no problems whatsoever. Reasonable prices for generic chips that works a-ok."
"I just purchased two 1gig Samsung PC2700 RAM chips for my new 1.5Ghz Powerbook. (Price was $316/each.) Shipping was FREE and I recieved the RAM in about a week, which was fine by me. They offered many faster shipping options (UPS, FedEx, USPS) but since I was waiting for my powerbook to be delivered, I wasn't too bothered about the timeframe.
The ram is perfect - it is the exact RAM that Apple sells for $700 per stick, versus $316 for 18004MEMORY. I installed it and ran the AppleCare TechTools RAM check on it, and it passed perfectly.
Long story short, lowest price on the best ram for a new powerbook, period. "
"Good price, good communication, quick delivery. Product as expected."
"It's now April 7th and they just sent my order out. 4 sticks of RAM...It took them 3 weeks to send out 4 sticks of RAM...
Stay away from this company unless you're in no hurry to get your merchandice."
"**UPDATE** The memory I ordered did not last more than a year. It was of inferior quality. On investigation, I found that it pays NOT to go with the cheapest merchant. Pay a little extra and go with someone like CRUCIAL.COM. If you use cheap memory, with many faults, you may end up slowing your system down!!
I ordered 1GB of memory for my Mac G5. Their price was the best (Total price $164 including tax and shipping) and it turned up just one business day later. No problems. I shall definitely shop there next time I need memory. Keep up the good work guys!
