I have found that if I receive a defective stick of RAM all I need to do is either call their RMA telephone number or go out to the Internet and start the RMA process from there! Checking my records I have this is the first and only time I have had to get a RMA. The process has gone so smoothly I began to think I had purchased additional RAM until I read the paperwork! I can state that I have contacted their tech support people and have always found them courteous and knowledgeable it has always felt like I was calling an old friend instead of a business associate when I place an order. When I have been to one of the computer fairs that Coast-to-Coast Memory has participate in, I will take my customers over to their booth to purchase RAM without any hesitation. As the owner of a small PC maintenance company I have found that Coast-to-Coast Memory is the authority of memory and its products. "I purchased a PC133 256MB SDRAM and it didnt work upon install. The motherboard cried like crazy. My sony vaio pcv-rx450 accepts 168pin pc133 sdram and this product matched this requirement. So its highly probable that I'd been sent a non functional sdram. BEWARE. :(("

Item returned, I was aware of the 15% restock. However I don't know where they went to school but I don't think $12.20 is 15% of $31.
You can also take into account the cost to return the item. UPS $6.00
Contacted via Email and phone to be told shipping was deducted at $6.95...HUH?
Back to short.
Finally, through the credit card I got the $6.95 back. The experience still cost me about $11.25.
But I am much smarter now! There is no chance in (insert any and all four letter derogatory words here) these people will never get any of my money again.

"Found them via PriceWatch and have not regretted it. The shipping was free through US Postal Service standard rate, but no problem. The memory came more than adequately packaged in the proper anti-static bag. I would certainly recommend them and will consider them for any future purchases.
Be very careful, though, that you use their online memory configurator to get the exact memory you need. I didn't and ended up getting the "loss leader" memory that ended up not working for my laptop. The "right" memory was three times more expensive, and I missed the window of returning it (which would have cost me a 20% restocking fee).
