I recently picked up an Xbox One X, Microsoft's new 4K HDR offering in the gaming console world. What is the point of owning a 4K gaming system, however, without a 4K television? Enter Chris at Cleveland AV.

He sprung into action, ensuring that the television was delivered to me on time and in perfect condition. My Z9D arrived on 1/18 without so much as a scuff on the box. Considering Chris is an online merchant, it's impressive how hands-on he is. This is the second high-end television I have purchased from Cleveland AV (the first was a 65" Sony HX929). They are my go-to source for big ticket home theater electronics at a great price. "Count me in the Abes of Maine scam crowd, trust when I say, stay away from those people. Had to put a declined charge on my credit card as they wanted to charge restocking for something they never shipped. The next day I found out about Chris while doing a little research on the projector I wanted on the AVS Forum. Sent Chris an email around 9 PM and he responded immediately with a quote. He gave me his cell phone number and told me to call him the next morning. He explained he would have me a tracking number later that day and that my projector (Sony VPL-HW45ES) would ship from the West Coast so it may take a week or so. No problem. He walked me through the whole process. A week later my projector arrived via UPS well packaged and works great. Registered it with Sony for warranty with no problems. I wish I knew about Cleveland Plasma sooner, he will get all of my AV business going forward."
"I have been looking for a TV for about 2 months now and i came across Cleveland AV. I e-mailed them and within 2 minutes i received an e-mail back with an offer. The Price i was quoted was amazing and the TV order was completed on Tuesday Morning. The TV was shipped on FedEx later that day and I was able to track my TV within hours. "I had been following the Oled TV prices all year and had talked to several online retailers. Many of the online retailers are bait and switch operations, and have no problem lying to you about the TV you are inquiring about (panel made in China vs. Mexico, 8bit vs 10bit, etc.). This was not the case with Cleveland AV. I spoke to both Chris and Rich, who were extremely helpful and honest. I had a good feeling after talking to them and ended up purchasing the LG Oled from them at a great price. They are extremely easy to get in touch with, available 6am - 11pm all days of the week. They even gave me their cell phone number and kept in touch daily through email after the purchase. I ordered the TV Tuesday afternoon and it was delivered 3 days later on Friday afternoon. It arrived via FedEx and was double boxed. It was in perfect shape and looks and works great. "I looked at many possible vendors for my 65" OLED TV, including some on eBay with similar prices. But in the end I decided to go with a "real" business with lots of positive reviews, here and also on online forums. My set arrived in perfect condition four days after I placed my order. It was double-boxed with a few dings in the outer box, but the inner box was untouched. If I could change any thing, I would have preferred a different shipper. It was Fedex Ground, and they left the huge box precariously perched on my small front landing.

"I stumbled upon Cleveland Plasma after doing extensive research on a new OLED panel. I was just about to check out via major retailer when I figured I'd at least give these guys a call. I spoke with one of their associates and he gave me some solid quotes right off the bat, but mentioned that he would have Chris, the owner, give me a call. I received a call shortly thereafter and their pricing structure was extremely competitive. That and I've heard nothing but good things, so I decided to pull the trigger and buy from them. Their price was significantly lower than anyone else out there. I was told that delivery would take 5 to 7 days, but I actually got a call later in the afternoon confirming that my TV was already ready for delivery! Turns out they had a distributor in Texas. "I purchased an LG 65" OLED TV (65EF9500) online from them because they had a very competitive price and excellent reviews. I wish I could say the transaction was problem free but it wasn't. My TV arrived on schedule but wouldn't power up. The LG power indicator was lit but nothing on the screen. Turned out that the TV was damaged in shipping and the display had a small crack in the lower left corner, just under the yellow power rating sticker which kept us from finding it right away.
I called CP and they had another brand new TV on its way within a couple of days. It was delivered this morning and they picked up the defective unit at the time. The new unit is working perfectly.
It's easy to givea 5-star review when everything goes smoothly, but a vendor's true nature shows thru in how they deal with the problems that invariably come up. Chris from CP was on top of things, from the initial ordering to issuing the tracking# and then in replacing the damaged unit. I never had that anxious feeling that my order was in jeopardy. "I ordered a LG model #55EC9300 55" Full 3D OLED from Cleveland Plasma now Cleveland AV and they far exceeded my expectations and well as the LG OLED TV. Cleveland AV had the best prices, best customer service I've ever seen, most honest, integrity, willing to work with you and they bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied.
