"We was put in contact with Clary Business Machines through a search engine looking for Kobra shredders. My first contact was with the online help texting, then emails. This went pretty well. The first problem I had is when they charged my credit card more money than they told me the total was supposed to be. This was corrected with a phone call. The next problem was that the sales person specifically told me that this shredder was "all metal" which was a selling point for us since our last machine had a plastic top and wooden cabinet and it didn't take very long for them to tear it up. The shredder arrived and so did the disappointment. It is NOT all metal. It has a wooden cabinet just like the last one we had.
It's too bad these companies sell products online that they don't know anything about. We like the shredder. We're just disappointed in the sales people."
