"There seems to be a "disconnect" between our order placement and the delivery of our parts.
For example, it may be that our order drop ships from the mfr or a fulfillment center, but I don't seem to remember that our purchase order number is referenced on the packing slip and, also, the name on the packing slip is not "Clary".
Because different people are involved with ordering, receiving, stocking and paying, it would be helpful if our PO number and the name "CLARY" were clearly referenced on the packing slip.
