No Accountability

"I had paid for faster shipping to receive my cigars. Don't bother, it will take the same amount of days regardless. It's up to them, they don't care about the customer nor respond to you. I've left messages on facebook, the company, emailed, and opened tickets. No response and closed out the ticket. The only response was, too bad. I've ordered from https://www.bestcigarprices.com and they are light years ahead of these guys. They listen, care, and have better prices. Awful company!!!

"I had a June calendar with a price of $34.99. When I called to order, I was told this was an old catalog and it was a new price. I have not received the new catalog and Freddie told me that no, I should be receiving it shortly. I asked to speak to a manager because they should honor the June price since I haven’t received the new calendar and he told me his manager was not there. Then when I said, “there’s not a manager in the whole calling center?” He told me he was in a meeting and when I asked The managers name, he said he didn’t know it!!! I will find another place to buy my dad cigars and hopefully you will also!!!! "

DO NOT ORDER, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS

"DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I have been a loyal customer for years now, but these guys are complete scam artists. I got 15 cigars, tried to smoke 4 of them, zero draw, threw them out. i called to see what solution i could get, and their non-chalant customer service rep: Lauren, mentioned that since i had tried to smoke 4 out of 15 cigars, the best they can do is give me $5 coupon for my next purchase. Reason being because i tried to smoke too many of them. The 15 cigars were placed in 2 separate orders by the way, so i've basically tried to smoke 1 out of each 5 pack, just to test. $5 coupon when i spent over $100 on cigars. i will NEVER buy anything from them again, do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS, its good when your order is smooth, but the moment there's an issue, they simply don't care. There are so many other places to get cigars. "

"After experiencing the scam they are pulling with the Make An Offer feature I have decided to make all future cigar purchases from JR Cigars. CI appears to be anti veteran and anti first responder which JRs is not. All veterans and first responders should sign up for ID.ME and take advantage of the great offers from JRs fir veterans and first responders. Great deals on ID.ME fron JRs. Did I mention CI doesnt offer anything on ID.ME? "

Product Quality is very poor.

"This company show a photo on the magazine, and they tell you they have specials.
when you receive the product does not taste like original product. is very poor quality. then if you include in the return package a half smoke cigar and you send it back. they will not re-embers you. but in the mean time they never disclose this on the box or any where.

Cigar fest 2019

"Cigar fest 2019 so I pre-register for cigar fest Apparently the day before tickets go on sale they send out an email of instructions how to buy them when they go on sale at 2 PM I even called them three days before hand and they told me at 2 o’clock on the originally email sent you to click the link to buy the tickets so the email that Dave was supposed to send me the day before the tickets went on sale they never sent me the email so I did what customer service told me to do and click on the link from the original email there was a Clock once it hits zero the clock went away but nothing happened nothing to quick to buy the tickets so I call customer service and email them and they tell me there’s nothing they can do tickets are already sold out why have pre-registration when it is not going to do nothing or is it just find out who is going to buy what package that they have I only pre-registered for the cheapest package is that why I couldn’t get tickets "

Random canceled order after “contact couldn’t be made”

"I ordered cigars as a gift for my father-in-law’s birthday. A few days later I received a email asking for ID verification. I confirmed my age with ID, and I was told my order was placed in processing. On the 15th (over 1 week later), I had not received my order or any contact from the company. I called their customer service, and they said that they cancelled the order yesterday because they couldn’t contact me. I did not receive any further emails or calls from the company since the ID verification on Jan. 7th. They then told me I could make a whole new order since my original order was cancelled. I asked if they could help me out and expedite the shipping because it is past my father-in-law’s birthday, and they said only at my expense. Not only did they just cancel my order without contacting be they also refused to make ammends for their poor customer service."

Terrible customer service

"My latest and last dealings with Cigar International

Why did it take 2 days from the day this was ordered (Jan 2nd) to the day it was shipped (Jan 4th)? I paid extra for priority mail (2-3 business days). I should be expecting a refund for the priority shipping. Please confirm this.

This service generally delivers within 2-3 business days, but is not considered a guaranteed delivery timeframe by the Postal Service. Please note that upon check out, our website indicates this service can take up to five business days for delivery.

You still did not answer my question. Why did it take CI two days to process my order in house?? I ordered the cigars on January 2nd. CI did not process my order until January 4th (meaning my order sat in house at CI for 2 days. I know priority mail' 2-3 days is not a guarantee timeframe for delivery. But you put that possible delivery request behind the power curve when CI sits on the order for 2 days. So, please answer my question before I follow up with a phone call and cancellation of all "possible" future orders.

Thank you for your reply. The order may have been delayed a day due to holiday volume and closures in our warehouse, and we apologize for that. However, even if the order had shipped on 1/3, it still would have arrived within the 5 business day timeframe Priority Mail entails.

OK, but your response "even if the order had shipped on 1/3, it still would have arrived within the 5 business day timeframe Priority Mail entails" still makes absolutely no sense in this case.
If it shipped on the 3rd, it would be here by the 8th.
If it shipped on the 5th, it would be here by the 10th.
If it shipped on the 20th, it would be here by the 25th.
Priority mail is not the issue. The issue is the delay in shipping.
I would think that people that pay for and utilize priority or express mail is because they want the item sooner rather than later. Your rationale is the customer will get their order within 5 days from the day CI ships. So if that day is the 3rd or 20th, the customer still gets it within 5 days of shipping. This is ludicrous.
BestCigarPrices.com and AnthonysCigars.com will be my future choice for purchasing cigars as well as my recommendations to others.

They are the worst to deal with. Be away

"I created an account with my new address, used paypal to pay which has my old address. The items been shipped to my old address. I called the customer service who they refused to do anything as it became my fault since I did not said review the order. Why the hell they used paypal shipping address while I have a shipping address in their account. I asked them to reirder again with the same amount but they refused too. Seems to be very cheap company and will never deal with them again."

"Worst experience ever. I ordered 13 items. Delivered late and when i opened my box, there was only the backpack which was free. Non of my cigars, ashtrays, lighters were there. And now they say sorry and fill a clame. They say they will investigate this issue. Worst nightmare ever!!!"

Excellent Cigar Site

"I have been dealing with Cigars International for 20 years and have never had any problems. They have terrific specials all the time. I shop around and always check with CI before I make a purchase. Shipping arrives in reasonable time and well packed. Cigars are in perfect condition and fresh. I once forgot to use a promo code and called them. The lady was very nice and applied the discount for me. I will continue to check with CI before I buy."

Company has thrown in the towel

"Terrible customer sevice, all I wanted was to return some very poor quality cigars. I had smoked 1 of the bundle and requested a return label, I even said I would take a loss just to get something in return. Nothing, even though it's in their policy. Then I saw their BBB rating - F, then I saw their YouTube channel was suspended for violating policy. This company has given up, do not waste your time, instead there's still many others out there that will work for your business "

Customer Service Does Not Exist!

"I ordered over $200 of cigars. I got "free shipping" which took two weeks only to be shipped to a wrong address. Once I figured out what went wrong, I contacted the company and was told that I could: 1) pay $7 to reship the order (no other retailer does this that I know of); or 2) have the order refunded to my credit card. Well, with that attitude, I said, refund my LAST order to my credit card. It's been three weeks and the order still shows "shipped" which it wasn't and I've not received my refund. Unbelievable."

"Placed order great took money from my card ASAP before I blinked wow we r doing great
To actually get the product beyond impossible the customer service is laughable no one really knows the answer just hurry up n wait!!I mise well walk to Cuba my self and get them this!!
