"The Service and quality of Cigars absolutely horrible. They send dried and damaged products, shame. Once upon a time CI was proudly serviced their customers both good fresh cigars and expedited good service, I regret to say that the more CI got over confident the worst "service, attitude towards customer request and physical quality of the cigar" got.

"I ordered online on Friday evening and payed extra for one day shipping. The transaction went through paying by credit card. Promised delivery by Tuesday. Did not send an order confirmation. On Tuesday early evening I called when they did not arrive to customer service which according to web site is open Monday to Friday 8 AM to 10 PM. After a long hold I was told that they needed more information on my order but that department closed at 4:30 PM every day. I had to leave a message after being transferred and the recording said they would call me back within 24 business hours."

"I purchased 20 of their “knockoffs” which were advertised as tasting like Cohiba’s. I received the package and felt the cigars, they were fresh and not brittle. I opened one prepared it and lit it up. Within the first half inch the whole wrapper unraveled. I sent a customer service request to return the remainder for a refund. Customer Service assigned a number. A day later they e-mailed me that they would provide a return shipping label within 48 hours. And closed the case 8 days later no label. I tried another cigar and barely kept it from unraveling by using pectin and distilled water with a artists paint brush. It was foul tasting. "

"I’ve been buying cigars from CI for 15 years and my experience has been 99% positive. I’ve been reading the reviews and honestly had to make sure I was reading CI reviews. Cigar shipments have been on time and the quality of the cigars has been outstanding. When I’ve had an issue(rare) CI customer service has been outstanding. I rarely write reviews and maybe that’s true for the countless numbers of satisfied customers. Ex: I’m writing this outstanding review and I’ve been shopping with CI for 15 years. "
