"I recently ordered a BFG 6600GT video card from the store, and have experienced the full range of service from them, from original purchase and shipping to product return and replacement service.

The original order went smooth with no problems, and I recieved my order quickly from Fed-X, so good initial service from Chumbo... the part I received was faulty (no blame on Chumbo). I had to return the item by RMA, and I received my return info in under 48 hours. I mailed back the card and received a replacement in about a week. Not the best, but certainly not bad, and I received quick and friendly responses from Chumbo's customer service. Overall, a pleasent experience, especially after dealing with bad companies on returns in the past, which is the most important aspect an on-line company should be rated on.

I am happy with Chumbo's service. I would also like to point out that it is rather obvious ONE person had a bad experience with an obvious pricing error, tried to benefit from the pricing error, didn't get his little steal and got all angry and tried to bring the company's rating down by posting a bajillion bad reviews on the same problem. Kudos to resellerratings for not allowing his duplicate reviews to bring the score down, but why show one bad apple repeatedly saying the exact same thing over and over and over again?

Anyways, I had no problems with Chumbo, good service from ordering and from return service. Would order from them again."

I also paid the extra $5 for Federal Express Standard Overnight shipping. I received my package on 11/3/2004, 5 days from order until I received it. I think thats pretty darn good since I paid with a money order and 2 of those days were Saturday and Sunday. Everything was received in great condition, no missing items, and works fine."
