Called Tuesday around noon, cust service rep could not contact their warehouse in NC. Would email them and call me back, and I never heard back. Called this morning, order still in the same status, part still showing as 'in stock'. Was advised I would be called back no more than 30 min later. Received no call, called them again. Part is showing on back order, even though it still shows in stock. Cancelled. Will not use again, should have stuck with Newegg."

"Price was great and shipping costs were very reasonable. Item arrived very fast and in perfect condition. I would do business with them again. The product actullay stopped working the next day. I filled out the return form online and was emailed an RMA number within a few days. I mailed back the defective product and was sent a new one within two days. Teh new one is working fine. Good store and I would do business with them again in the future. The only bad thing about ordering online with all online retailers is when the product is defective you have to pay for return shipping of the defective product. But that's the chance you take to save money. I still saved $10 even with the return shipping costs compared to their closest competitor."
