Lately it seems Chico's has moved away from styles that are truly unique to more basic clothes. The styles now are ones you can find pretty much anywhere and in any department store. They are definitely not boutique styles.

Chico's used to feature beautiful statement pieces in addition to basics. Their designs were tasteful and had impact.

That said, the customer service and quality seems to be as strong as ever. Their return policy, while still accommodating, is not as flexible as it once was.

Chico's would be wise to bring back the statement pieces that made their brand so strong.
