I'm waiting for payment chairish has their 760 commission.
They will not call me back and all I get are emails saying they are working on it. They will not send me a copy of the signed agreement.
What can I do?

"Bought chairs online. Spent $750, figuring it included the 20% fee they charge the seller. Then I paid $475 for freight. Some company USHIP shows up, drops the chairs off on my stoop and wants me to sign!!! Told him i paid $475 for "white glove", he proceeds to tell me he is only getting paid $62 fpr the delivery and white glove would be more money..... So is Chairish keeping the difference, PLUS giving me crap service. Next time Ill make the effort to find the item privately, and hire y own shipper!!!"

Then when I did reach out to customer service, I got a knowledgeable person right away to help me.
When I sold my expensive Mid Century Couch I arranged my own blanket wrap shipping and was paid immediately upon Chairish being notified by the buyer of delivery.
I sell on eBay and Etsy and love selling on Chairish!! Could not be easier.

"My first purchase got refunded 3 days after I purchased, but with no alert from the company or the dealer. I found out going through my statements a week later. Useless waste of time and energy. I was considering becoming a trade dealer with them but I would say steer clear of anything advertised on this site. They don't deliver:-["
"I listed a high end case good for my client. I took the time to carefully word listing, uploaded numerous photos, researched pieces history etc. Chairish's profile is not a click & go type of listing, which is fine but, then this pathetic excuse of a company couldn't be bothered to simply push the upload button on their end! The site does state that it takes up to 7 days for them to review the item prior to approving consignment item. Which to me in this day of instant data is to long. Two weeks later they NEVER posted my consingment, NEVER bothered to send an email letting me know they needed more info or better photos - NOTHING! I then took the time to call them ... was on hold for over 10 mins with obnoxious music blasting in my ear. Stay clear of this NO CUSTOMER SERVIC company CHAIRISH ... more like CareLess!"
"This site charged my credit card immediately but did not list a sale on my account. The sellers do not respond to chat messages and the site does not have anyone answering the phone. They have an answering machine that does not take messages. You will be sorry if you trust them with your credit card."
"You will sell but you won't get your money for evatage 60+ days if you lucky. Chairish charge customers in full at time of purchase, aseller will need to follow up and remind them that item was delivered then remind them that they need to issue the payment. Chairish works with PayPal only if you don't have or don't want to get payed by PayPal, you will need to ask for a check on each sale you had.
If you ask for a check add extra 30 days total of 90 days evarage. Customer servise is ZERO.
Basically if you sell your stuff on Chairish just for the fun and you "don't " need the money go for it . "

I agree with much of what other reviewers have reported. There seems to be no accountability. I went to the trouble of calling in to report my experience (which could be backed up by emails) and was told how much they cared and that a manager would phone me. No one ever followed up. 1stdibs, on the other hand is great to work with, though I've only bought through them, not sold. "
"1)It is not currated at all, the web site is full of fake and wrong description.
2)Chairish takes a 20% commission! It is just insane.
3) Don't use the white glove service : It is not a white gloves service. It can take more than 8 weeks before delivery!, and Chairish loves to make it slow, so they can play with your money.

Better to use Etsy or Ebay"
"Made an offer on a coffee table which was $10 under the asking price. Put credit card information in, which is required. That alone made me uncomfortable since no deal was made. The offer was countered at the selling price. The next day the piece was relisted on Chairish for over $100 more. No thanks. I'll find another coffee table I like. I don't do business with vendors who pull stunts like that."
