"First, the order took a week just to get shipped. Then, I discovered it was shipped from Palmer, Alaska (though the contact states the company is based in Wyoming?) Then the package disappeared (seems to have never left Alaska shipping center). Asked to investigate - and that was the end of communication - no other response to my repeated inquiries for three weeks. Good thing I paid with PayPal and requested a refund through them. Interestingly enough, the instant I filed a PayPal dispute, the merchant did respond - not to me - to PayPal, providing a bogus tracking number that cannot even be traced in the USPS system. If this is not a trademark of a scam, I don't know what is."

Then when I received some items of questionable quality it was a pain it the **** to resolve. Ended up getting a credit and ordering elsewhere."
"Chadstoolbox.com has tons of items available online, but the issue is half of them is never is stock. So you order it thinking it's in stock when in reality it isn't and it could take a while for them to get it in stock. Also they're low priority ship is horrible. It takes them over a week maybe even 2 just to get your order shipped. On they're website it says if you buy over "this amount" of stuff you get free shipping. What they don't mention is they're free shipping may take 2 weeks before you even get the product you ordered. They're customer service acts like everything in no big deal and always uses the excuse "well since it was low priority shipping the item was in stock, but other orders came in so we filled those before we filled yours, now it is out of stock" sounds like bull to me. I'd steer away from this company unless you want to wait a good while for your item. I was on my 3rd week waiting for a tool I ordered and just said forget it I'll cancel my order. They've got great price, but that's about it. "
"ChadsToolbox has very poor shipping process and management on inventory.
I made an order and received three items that's not what I ordered.
One of the they claim the manufacturer mistakenly etched the wrong part number,
another one they simply shipped the wrong item, the last one came in with the correct part number but looks differently compared to the picture they put on the product page.
This all is very deceiving and the worst part is they only refund you in store credit.

"As above.. This place just blatantly ripped me off. $240 down the drain or should I say into their grubby pockets. I ordered some tools to be shipped to Australia. After waiting 7 weeks nothing had been delivered.. Decided to email their pathetic support system to be told it was in the hands on customs and not theirs?... Yeah right... So I decided to ring Australian Customs which to no surprise didn't have my order nor had it even been processed.. It was at this point I decided to email Chadssh*tbox and low and behold no response. "As others say, stay away. "Low priority shipping" means they charge you then wait "up to a week" to pull/finalize your order. This information is (intentionally?) buried on their website - you won't see it unless you scroll all the way down on the shipping/returns page. If something goes out of stock in that time, they don't even bother to inform you of the additional delays."

"I will not be shopping here again. I only ordered from here because of their so-called low price guarantee. I placed my order and out of the three things I ordered I found them somewhere else at a cheaper price. There policy states that if a lower price is found that they will meet that price and beat it by 15%. This is entirely not true. The person I spoke with stated a price significantly more than what the price should have been if the 15% was actually given and not to mention was extremely rude. I went through and listed all the prices as to what they should be and what the total should have been. They would not even give me an explanation as to why this was not honored. I don't believe I ever ordered something that was out of stock except once.. They called me on the phone and asked me what I wanted to to did I want to wait until the Knippex wire cutters came in or would I like a substitute product that he explained very well and sent me an email with the product description I chose tho stay with knippex so they shipped the order with out the wire cutters and then about 3 weeks later the wire cutters came in. and this was the time frame we had discussed "
