"This is the second watch I have purchased from Certified and both transactions have been great. I received my new Citizen Proximity W770 very quickly and in pristine condition. If there is any complaint it would be that after my order was confirmed I received an email from Certified that I would be sent shipping confirmation and a tracking number. That email never arrived, however, the watch arrived in less than a week from the time it was ordered.
I had to have the bracelet on the watch adjusted and today I took it to a local jewelry store. They carry Citizen watches and had a similar watch but different model with a leather band on display. They asked how much I paid for the W770 and when I told then, they were astounded and let me know what a phenomenal deal I had gotten and that there was no way they could have matched it. I love to deal with and support local stores but when I can save hundreds of dollars, I can't justify keeping my business local.
I try not to be a watch collector, but Certified makes it very hard at times to pass up the fantastic deals and pricing offered. My first watch was an Alpina and I was easily able to get Certified to agree to a price match on the watch when I found it cheaper at another site. As long as I can find what I am interested in at the Certified Watch Store I don't see any reason to by from any other source."
