"This is pretty much the same review I posted on Trustpilot. The price match to Amazon was very easy with the person I chatted with and although there were system issues with emailing the price match link, he worked around it which is all that matters. I had seen some negative reviews but it was because they had system issues with some other big sale and were overwhelmed. People need to understand these things happen, I work in IT so I know. It wasn't because they were neglectful. I got the watch I was wanting to get (ORIS BIG CROWN POINTER DATE AUTOMATIC) and it was brand new, with tags and the plastics still in place. I wanted to get it from here in order to support a smaller business. They did not disappoint. I had it in four days. Based on how they treated me and worked through my transaction I would definitely do business with Certified Watch Store again."
