"I was guaranteed 2 day delivery from placing my order. I did not receive my order until 10 days after placing my order. Customer Service treated me as if they did not care when the item would be delivered. At least the item I purchased was fine but I don't think I will use this website for future orders. I am definitely disappointed in the service. Do not guarantee a customer something if it cannot get done. "
