"I relentlessly searched for the perfect concealed carry vest, and was excited to find that Certainty Stores had the vests I wanted and they were both in stock. I purchased two vests, a man’s and a woman’s. Additionally, I bought and a pair of ladies chaps, and awaited the arrival of my treasures. To say the least I was skeptical of Certainty stores, I’d never used them, and I was not sure they were a reputable organization. The vests arrived within a few days and they were better than I imagined them. The quality of the leather, texture, color, and fit were perfect! "They only offer one shipping type, say they take 3-4days to ship, they took 12days to ship my item from the day I ordered. That's 100% time on their end before usps got the item. No reason for 3-4x longer than they say. I also had to request the info from customer service as they never emailed anything past the confirmation and it wouldn't let me track the order online. "
"I ordered a product in Feb.12th. I got an invoice stating it was shipped the same day.
I called and they told me it was a mistake it actually wasn't shipped until last Friday.
It just seems to me that's too long between ordering and shipping. "
