Prompt shipping, I ordered a Micron case and ps, motherboard, floppy and modem as a unit. Front bezel was broken off case, face was off floppy. I blame this on poor packaging and rough handling by DHL, there was no damage to the shipping box. I emailed support with a picture of how it was received but haven't heard anything from them. I will not rma it because it would not be cost effective to pay return shipping I guess I will eat the loss on the case."

I'm sorry to say that the explanations on ebay site wasn't clear about tax and fee. So I had to pay an extra when I collect the item from ship office.
I was very upset about this because this was my first time I had to pay an extra for a purchase.
Seller say that they cannot declare the false, so they cannot ship as a gift, but I tell them that all sellers around the world do that, why they don't.
