"Clean and easy experience buying gaming computer. It was really easy with the help of Serg and Alex who helped me choose all the right parts and even save quite a bit as I was going to spend more than needed. It's not my first gaming computer but this time around it's one of the best for sure. Computer arrived quickly via FedEx which is a nice touch because FedEx is quite good handling packages like that, shipping was free but fast. Excellent packaging shows just how much Centaurus cares about their computers. Computer has perfect cabling with everything hidden behind motherboard tray, looks really neat and professional . Computer started up OK and didn't even require any configuring - I logged in to my Steam account and started playing almost right away. Performance is excellent - new i5 2500K is really as good as I was told, huge upgrade from my previous system.

"I was a little worried about buying from a small company rather than something like Cyberpower, but Centaurus Computers looked promising and I have no regrets.
The computer was shipped in a week and arrived the next. Although there were some bugs with the set up, Centaurus tries its best to help customers. Although our graphics card upon first start up did not work, and the issue became a headache, the support was friendly and helpful and did the best they could to help us work out the issue.
Overall, Centaurus Computers has good support and good prices for pre-built computers and I would recommend it if you're looking for an alternative to sites like Cyberpower which get tons of bad reviews. "
"I was really unsure at first about centaurus computers when I first found their website and didn't really give them much thought,but then I decided call them and ask them a bunch of questions about their company and their products and even though getting some one on the phone was kinda hard but after a little time I finally got a person to speak to and I'm glad I did.the rep was really nice and helpful and answerd all my questions and concerns.I did check up on other computer company's like stealth machines,alienware,digital storm,ect.and all they really offered was super high price machines cuz of all the neon lights and cases(which is crazy).in the end I used Centaurus and I couldn't be more happier,my pc arrived a week and 1 day after I ordered it with great packing.my pc started right up with no problems except a high pitched sound coming from cpu fan but that's no big deal since I use a headset for the most of my gaming session's plus some fans do make some noise.besides that I'm a very happy customer and am going to Centaurus for all my future Gaming Rigs."

If you're reading this review because you're shopping around for a company to order your custom built Gaming PC from, then good news, your search is over. I did the same thing and decided on Centaurus because of the reviews on this site, and a few others. And they're all true. Great computer from a great company. I knew very little about the hardware side of things before I decided to get a powerful custom PC, so I had a lot of decisions to make. Centaurus' customer service was EXCELLENT in helping me decide on every part of the build, since there are so many variables and it can be a daunting task to get the best price/power ratio that fits your budget. I must have asked 10 questions, and every email was answered within 1 day and the answers were very thorough. They never ceased to give great advice, and not once did they recommend I go after a more expensive component than I needed. After I finally decided on all the components and got a great price compared to similar companies, I received an email with a FedEx Tracking Number, and the computer arrived about 2 weeks from the day it was paid for. Packaging was perfect, double-boxed with sufficient padding. It started right up and everything worked fine, except for the cooler, which was slightly bent so it wasn't laying flush on the processor and causing it to overheat. It was bent in a way that couldn't have been done by just someone holding it the wrong way or pushing too hard when installing it, it must be a defect on the part of the manufacturer of the cooler itself. I called Centaurus Tech Support and they overnight'd a new cooler, no questions asked and without having to return the defective one first. I had it installed and temperatures are way below average now. Everything else is also still running great, and I'm sure that it's pretty rare that Cooler Master lets a faulty cooler through inspection, so I wouldn't worry too much about that happening to you. Processor came overclocked to whatever speed they feel comfortable they can warranty, which in my case was 4.0GHz, which is definately a good idea to keep it at, since I don't want to void the warranty, plus this speed is sufficient with the graphics card I chose, since the graphics card does more work in gaming than the processor anyways. Overall, aside from the cooler problem that you probably won't have to worry about, everything went great and I will definately order from Centaurus in the future."

"I have to say that ordering through Centaurus was one of the best choices I have made in a long time. I usually build my systems myself, but this time I decided I would get one pre-made, ready to go out of the box. I originally had ordered through a different website but after 16 days of waiting with no update information I called to find out they hadn't even BEGUN building my system. Needless to say I was miffed because they stated shipping withing 14 days(10 business days). I canceled my order through them and placed an order from Centaurus.
I placed my order on a Tuesday afternoon and had my system the following Monday(6 days total time). Their customer service was great throughout the process when I would call to make sure I didn't have any problems with building. The system arrived in perfect condition, and I've had no problems with it. All of the extra case/motherboard/video card accessories and parts were sent as well(read this was a problem on some other sites).
If I ever have to order another system I guarantee that Centaurus will be my first and most likely only stop. All in all a great experience and $2500 well spent on an amazing machine in superb condition.

"A few years ago I already have purchased Centaurus computer. Back then it was pretty good AMD machine - and it still runs but I decided to give it to my kids and get something new for myself.
I can comment on a customer service - it’s perfect! I did shoot Centaurus an e-mail to get some help with new configuration. They offered me this model and a few upgrades, also they gave me 5% discount just for returning back to them. They responded every time within an hour or two after sending an e-mail.
Well, computer arrived safely and really nicely packed. It came in 2 boxes with a bunch of filling stuff, it was all over the place. Inside the case I also found protective pillow, nicely done, nothing can happen to the computer packed like that. And FedEx service is better than any other.
Love Centaurus, they did magic again, Hardware is top-brand as always, CPU came overclocked pretty high. I had no troubles with it so far. Games seem to run effortlessly. Though I mostly run WOW it’s good to see constant 60+ FPS in all zones. Thank you Centaurus!"
"I originally contacted Centaurus Computers because I was looking into getting a custom built pc to play WoW and other games on. After several emails with their sales rep, Alex, he helped me to design a computer to more than exceed my needs that would also be current for years to come. The computer arrived with all parts in tact and in place, and even the cords were neatly organnized inside. The computer started right up, as they stress test them before sending them out, and I've been enjoying using it with my 32" LCD TV as the monitor. "The first computer sent to me had a bad motherboard and would not work. I called to Centaurs a few times before I actually got someone to help diagnose the problem. I sent the computer back so it could be repaired and it took about three to four weeks before I got it back. I have had the computer a couple months now and I havent had any further problens with it. It is a sleek running gaming computer and I really like it. I would say that Centaurs is a good company that puts together the computer the way you want it. The service is slow because it is family owned and they appear to have more business than they can actually handle but they were true to their word and stood by their product. "
"Purchased Paladin system, Optimized for Wow according the website. Couldnt play Wow at all without it crashing constantly. Would be a fine computer if you dont want to play World of Warcraft.
