"I ordered a Dorado back in September and its by far the best desktop i owned. The ordering process was nice and simple with further customization I loved that. The delivery was even faster than CC thought it come, that surprised me having my pc arriving 3-4 days early made my day. All in all this a great site and I highly recommend it to anyone lazy or anyone who doesn't know how to build their own gaming PC.
PS. My Dorado became even more impressive when i beat my friends graphic card in his expensive Alienware for a fraction of the price."
"Since purchasing this computer I have had nothing but issues. Received March, 1st problem occurred April had to go back. Sent computer back for repair, and got back about 3 weeks later. Then in May had another issue, they sent me the hard drive and I had to have it installed. Then we come to October more issues with computer. Hard drive again and who knows what else. At this time they want me to pay to ship the computer to them. As I am unable to do this the computer is still not fixed. I am aware that is what the warranty says, but truly feel that since I unable to do so at this time something could have been down. This computer has been broken more then working ... I truly feel that after spending $1400 on a computer that I should definitely be able to use it and not be having to deal with this. I have sent emails to company with no response other then the RMA they sent in the beginning of October. Something really needs to be done. Also would like to add the first problem occurred 31 days after ordered was placed so I was unable to get my money back.

"These guys stepped up to the plate big for me. The first computer that I got had a motherboard problem they payed for the shipping back and made repairs to the computer quickly and got it back out the door. As fate would have it Fedex damaged the computer on its return trip to me so when I got the computer back it still did not work. Centaurus took over from here had Fedex pick back up the computer they then built me a whole new computer and got it out the door before my original computer got back to them they even made upgrades to the motherboard and the case at no cost to me. I would buy my next computer from these guys, a real class act Thanks so much."
"I ordered my Centaurus computer online and was very stoked to be able to buy from a company who custom builds gaming computers. This will have been my 1st gaming computer and I wanted to make sure I could handle fair or medium level graphics on WOW with a decent framerate so I spent $800. When I got the package I was very excited but took my time to open it safely and hook all the components up before plugging in the power supply and turning it on. When I turned my computer on the lights and fans started spinning and I was excited but I couldn't receive a signal from my tower to my moniter. So I sent it back and they diagnosed the problem as an unresponsive motherboard, since I had an integrated videocard it made sense. I sent it back and waited another week. When I got my computer back the same exact problem happened again. So at this point I'm pretty mad because I had the whole day off with the house to myself to play on my new toy and It didn't even work. Their customer service was very considerate and offered to build me a completely new computer with many component upgrades for free for my dissatisfaction. I am still waiting on the new computer they are building and await the results of their work for the 3rd time. I'm hoping that this is just some sort of shipping problem or motherboard assembly problem and not a direct reflection of their competence as a whole."
"I have to admit I was a bit leery about ordering a large ticket item over the internet without knowing anything about the company except for the info on the shiny, fancy web site. I read the reviews, and became even more concerned when they were ALL good ratings - not a dissatisfied customer in the bunch - but we decided to give it a try. And boy oh boy am I glad I did. My only two complaints are that it took a week longer to get my computer that I was originally promised, and the keyboard/mouse did not come with the tower unit. The folks at Centaurus are a little difficult to talk to if you are an older person and prefer a person to interact with instead of emails, but they are promptly responsive. My very best compliment I can give them - when I need a new custom-built computer I will look no further than these folks - will not go anywhere else"

I know nothing about computers but their answers were very easy to follow and actually gave me the best option for my interests. " I had a budget of $670 and ordered an entry level gaming pc from Centaurus Computers on August 6th, 2012 and received it on the 15th of August. When I opened the box it was professionally packed, in mint condition. After the initial inspection to make sure none of the components had come lose during shipping, I turned it on and it worked like a charm.
I was aware when I ordered that this was a budget pc, so I wasn't expecting to play all the newest game on ultra quality. I got exactly what I paid for, a fast relatively powerful pc for cheap. I attempted to build a similar pc from parts using newegg.com (not to knock newegg, it has great prices), but was unable to do so because of my budget, I didn't have a copy of Windows 7 laying around so that would be another $90-100 expense. The pc also came with some free fans, not a huge deal, but anything to help the pc perform better I will take. It also has a 3 year warranty on it, which is huge for me, reliability and peace of mind is paramount. Shipping was also free, can't complain about that!
Although you can spend a lot more money at Centaurus and get a considerably more powerful pc, I can only speak about what I got. A great pc for $670, I've had no problems playing Diablo 3, Super Monday Night Combat, World of Warcraft, Battlefield 3. I don't play on max graphics, but I don't play on minimum either. You won't be able to get a pc this affordable with equivalent performance for the price, in any store or anywhere else online. You could order parts and put it together yourself, but for me (not having an OS handy) it just wasn't financially feasible.
Bottom line, it was my first time ordering a PC from Centaurus Computers, I got exactly what I paid for, a lot of bang for my buck, good pc. 5/5 stars."
"If you are going to purchase a gaming computer, look no further. These guys are top notch. Every question I had was responded to within 24 hours. I had ordered on December 23rd, I was shocked when I received my computer on January 4th. With the holidays that's 6 business days, UNREAL!!! This included going back and forth over which case I wanted. Packaging was perfect, binder for discs/books, plugged it in and was on my way. Pricing and customer service I would recommend Centaurus Computers and plan to purchase a second computer from them."

Price was better than any other computer, free upgrades, was informed on where it was at every step of construction and shipment. Packaging was great, double boxed with padding in each. Computer looks great, works great and they even put my books and disks in an organized binder for easier keeping. Tried the game that was smoking my old computer, put it on the highest graphics settings and it plays smooth and fast just like I was told it would.
