"For those of you complaining about quality of the product : first of all treat it nice and it won't break. Don't use the case you bought for $6 and use it every single day !
The prices are great and allow me to switch up my cases every few days. I am a returning customer, even when my first order took 34 days versus the 30 for FREE shipping from china or Korea or wherever they're based out of, to California.
Customer service contacted ME before I even noticed it was overdue (also holiday time I kept in mind). Very professional and willing to help.

"I was pleased with the price and the delivery time was as stated. However, of the 4 products that I ordered:
The case cracked within 5 weeks
The (lightning connector) end of the cable separated from the wire after one use, rendering it unusable
One of the adaptors is working with no problem
I have not tried the second lightning cable yet.
I don't think I will be buying cables or cases from this site again.

"horrible experience!! Ordered the cases for Christmas, and got the free shipping. The cases should have been here well before Christmas. It was 30 days before Christmas when i ordered. The order never arrived. I contacted the company multiple times without a response. When I finally did get someone to call me back they did so at 5:30 in the morning. They told me they would resend my package on express mail. (5-7 days). After 10 days I called again, and was told that they shipped the order on accident through the free shipping. So I would have to wait between 20-30 days for my package. When my package did finally arrive, 4/5 cases were wrong. I called company and they told me that the cases I ordered were out of stock so they sent a similar replacement case.. ( the replacement for my daughters pink case was a white one with a cartoon Mexican man on it). Needless to say my daughter is not using the case.. The rest of the cases were very cheap plastic, and my sons cracked within 10 days of using it. Again I contacted company and asked for my money back, I was told I would have to ship back (at my expense) the cases to them before they would refund my money. This company is horrible, customer service is no better, and the product ( if you even get what you ordered) is cheap and not worth the time it takes to order them.. Please be careful before you order with this company.."

"I like the phone cases that I got, but it was one that I really liked but the words on it was spelled wrong, it was the Paris tower one but it was spelled Pairs. It was easy to come off so I just peeled the words off. The bumper case that I got broke pretty fast. It was my first time using this website so I was pretty worried if it was real or fake. I think the shipping takes way to long just because you got it free, but when I got them I was happy. Also some of the cases was making it hard for my phone to charge with it on so I had to take it off an order for it to charge right, I don't like that very much, other then these problems the website is cool because i was getting tired of Amazon and the same old cases.
