"I paid for expedited shipping, and it did not come on time even though it was guaranteed. They didnt offer to compensate for it. More than half of the items I ordered were in stock, but then they had to be replaced with other items because they weren't available. Some of them had defects in the color or extra silicone on the edges that hadnt been shaped properly or cut off. I woudn't even bother trying to sell some of them. I was very unsatisfied with my order. When I checked out I didn't even get the option for the free shipping and had to use the expedited shipping as well. The invoice in my package also said my order cost was $71 when I paid $142 for my order."

"I received my order in the time specified, it was cheap and nice looking, but the bumper case I choose was plastic and had two thin plastic pieces around the dock connector that broke after two days of use. I told Cellz about it and they offered to replace it with a similar value item. I have ordered a TPU bumper case this time, and it should hold up much better. Great service.
