"They are a fraud. The company sent me a used damaged phone that was not even the right model. It looked like some one had been working on it. I have tried to contact them several times to return it but they have not responded. I am currenty working it with my credit card company to get a refund. Also the day after they processed my credit card for payment my credit card was jacked and I had 5 charges that were not mine. Just bad luck I do not think so I think it was this company.

Buyers do not do business with this company!!!!

"I had a problem with shipping through the Carrier Usps i called cellificaton and they immediatly shiped me another phone over night by FedEx company's customer service Olsiila who took care of me until the product came to me (sooner than I expected)"

"Shopping was enjoyable and I got an explanation of product i was buying knowledge staff the representative kindly explained about the cell phone i as buying effectively recognize the store match every pocket and really cheap than other stores. the only down side that the delivery took over two weeks to arrive other then that great experience "

"I suspect after taking my money, the guy at cellification went out and smoked a cig, and bragged to his buddies about how hard he put it to some dumb azz American

If you do business with these people, be sure to have some KY on hand. You are going to need it

"I ordered a new Nokia phone from this company on Sept 27, 2010. It is now November 2nd and still no phone. They charged my CC same day as order. I sent an email on the 10 of Oct asking about shipment and they responded that the order was shipped on the 8th of Oct and it takes up to 10 days to receive. After not receiving the phone by the 25th of Oct, I sent another email...no response, sent another one couple days later, no response. I then started calling, left 2 voice mails in 5 calls. No response. Have called the last 3 days non stop. No answer or response to my voice mails. They have my money and I have no phone. I guess I was one of the ones that got hosed by this lousy outfit. Now I have to call my CC company and go through the hassle of getting a refund. I can't even get a hold of them to cancel the order. Good luck to those who choose to do business with these guy's! you will need it!"

"I've placed an order about five days ago; however, the order status is still pending. I've called the customer service more than three times: the first time the guy who was extremly rude and had a Indian accent, I guess, said my card was declined. Therefore, I called my bank and they said the payment was approved. The second time it was the same guy answered the phone and told me it usually took them 1-3 days to process an order, so I waited. After 3 days I called them again. Luckily, I've got the truth this time, which was the phone that I was looking for was out of stock. By the way, there was another guy who answered my phone this time and his attitude was much better than the first one. Anyway, he said there was a used one and they could sell it to me with a discount (the price for the new phone was about 1,300, and they will sell the used one for 999). As a result, I bought the used one. The customer service said they would update the new price on the internet and refund the difference to my card within 2 hours. Unfortunately, it has been 30 hours since they promised me. The price is still the original price without a discount; the order status is still pending; and there is not a penny is refunded to my card. I am profoundly disappionted with their credit and reputation.

I've called them today for the last time, hopefully, and cancelled my order, since there wasn't a refund on my card and the cell phone was not shipped; however, about changing the "pending" status on the internet within two hours, I was wrong. They said they was going to change it in their own system which can be seen only by their staff. Btw, their customer service asked me to delete the review on the internet. To me, it seems like they do care about their reputation, and it suprised me. Anyway, I will call my bank in 8 hours and see if they refund my money like they promised. If they don't, I'll talk to my lawyer and sue them without a doubt.

"I ordered a phone from cellification and they immediately charged my credit card. Its two weeks later and the phone still has not shipped. Answers to my email have been vague as though the person answering doesn't have a handle on whether the phone has shipped. My requests for a refund have been ignored. Cellification is a total scam. I do not recommend using them EVER!

Follow up note: I finally received my phone 17 days after they charged my credit card. The phone is used and there was no documentation in the package. The phone is clearly used although their website makes it appear as though the phone will be new. Also the car charger that I ordered with the phone was not included even though I paid for it. Beware that Cellification was previously known as "Cell2get" and has reincarnated itself with a new name. Same scam artists, different name. Another thing is that the phone number is disconnected. This is the phone number that is shown in the detail of the transaction on the documentation provided by my bank. This documentation is what lead me to realize that they were previously known as Cell 2 get.

"Very good service. Ordered from them on the third, and got my phone a week later. When i had a problem with it (My fault) they spent over 30 minutes on the phone talking me through it. As long as you call later in the day they pick up and have very good service (their offices are west coast) and they stick by their products"
