"Buyer beware. This company goes by cellification and cell2get. Their address is impossible to find, and their contact number is rarely answered, so any problems take a PT job to track down. The new phone I ordered, arrived a month and a half later, after 2 tracking attempts - one which was from China. The phone was advertised as 'new', but arrived used,obviously refab in China. The buttons were worn, no instruction book included, and the battery died within 10mins after a full charge. Both company 'names' are rated "F" with the BBB. Wish I would have checked. "

I usually don't do this but they've pushed me too far! I could go in to a two page story but let me keep it simple.
First they tried to sell me a used phone as a new one which took a month to arrive at the wrong address(my billing address), but then after returning the phone as agreed(with Signature Certification), I've heard nothing by way of phone or email and still can not reach them. Overall it has been over two months and still no response,refund or new phone.
I'm sure some people have found this company to be reputable and responsive but I cannot be more sincere when I say:
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CELLIFICATION!"
