"Placed an order at CellHut which is self proclaimed "famous for their same day shipping." Several days later got an e-mail that it was back ordered. Called and they said it would ship the next Monday. 2 weeks later and it still has not shipped. Tried calling customer service several times but nobody picked up the phone. Sent an e-mail to cancel the order and bought the product elsewhere."

"I am extremely unhappy with CellHut - do not buy from them! They take your money and never send a phone.

Here is what happened to me: I originally placed order number 244210 on February 15, 2010 and had selected rushed delivery. When I had not received my phone for several weeks I sent several emails to customer service and never received a reply.

Through talking with the customer service representative I was able to have my rushed deliver fee removed from my order status on the cell hut website but this change never showed up on my bank statement. The cell hut customer service representative promised the phone would definitely be at my house by Wednesday, March 10th.

The representative on the phone was very misleading. I called back on Thursday, March 11th after the phone did not arrive and the representative said that the phone was on back order for at least 3 weeks and that if I wanted I could cancel the order.

Thus, I told the representative to cancel the order and please refund my money. My cell hut order status shows that the order was canceled but it still has me being charged for the phone and the warranty.

My bank statement shows that they charged me for the rushed delivery, phone, and warranty. They should not have charged me before I received the product. AND NOW THE SHOULD DEFINITELY REFUND MY MONEY!

"I ordered a Blackberry phone for shipping it to 2 days. But they called me to check the details and finally updated with the status as UPS Voided. When I wrote to the customer service did not get any reply. I just called them they told that they are waiting for the unlock code and will take 4 to 5 days. But when I called the next day to cancel they told it will ship today and told them to cancel it finally. It looks like they are not providing correct information. Now it has been charged my account and don't know when it will get refund.

"At first I thought it might not be a good idea to purchase from a company that has so many bad reviews, but when I was looking for a phone (unlocked), I couldn’t pass up the chance a this company’s good deals. I went to keepontalking for a rebate and ordered from this place. Good company.
Unlocked phones are hard to come by so when I heard that cellhut had some good ones LG in particular, I scooped one up. Shipping was quick I think they ship from ny and I only had a little trouble with cuntomer service. Got put on hold for an hour.
Didn’t have a problem with this reseller because I knew enough to checkl that the phone was in stock when I ordered it. That is the key to success at this website. If you don’t check for that first then you might be stuck.
Excellent delivery and shipment on my three phones. Didn’t have any problems and I am glad with my purchase.

"I ordered a red N95, it stated that they had it in stock, I paid extra for overnight shipping. I got the phone after 2 weeks of waiting, and it a SILVER one. I contact them and no answer either via email or phone. DON'T EVER BUY FROM THEM."

"I will keep it brief and hope NOBODY will ever buy from them again.

Purchased phones as gift for my wife, paid extra for fast shipping.
Web site did NOT indicate the phone is not available.
They NEVER replied to my emails.
Had to be on hold for 35 minutes before the more RUDEST customer agent picked up.
I canceled my order right away, she said a confirmation email has been send and HUNG UP !!!

WOW.

That's what I get for the one time I do not buy at Amazon!

DO NOT BUY THERE.

"They are thieves plain and simple. They take your order and charge your account and never send the product. It takes hours to get through on the phone and the email response when they send it says the same thing--we will send your order shortly. You are throwing money and time away. Law enforcement should shut down this website."

"My complaint against CellHut.com is regarding my order placed 1/13/2010 for a cell phone unit. I made numerous phone calls to check for updates on the order but the company's customer service number (1-***-***-****) is seemingly unattended for hours on end. On 1/22/2010, I was finally able to reach a customer service representative who said the product was "out of stock" but the order will ship out "soon." After failing to receive the purchase or any updates on the order almost three weeks later, I called back numerous times again and was eventually able to reach a customer service rep on 2/9/2010. She stated the phone would be shipped out that day. However, I found out that wasn't the case. Today, I spoke with the same customer service rep who said the order has again been delayed, even though no updates or notifications were sent out to inform me of the change! I asked for the rep's name but she refused to provide that info, nor her rep ID, in fear that this issue would be escalated. In short, she was extremely rude, unwilling to provide any sympathy or professional courtesy for the mismanagement of my order, ended up canceling my order (received email confirmation) which I did not want, and abruptly hung up on me. To make matters worse, CellHut.com charged my credit card in full for the product that has never been sent out! This is by far the worst shopping experience that I have been victim of. Avoid this seller at all cost."

"I ordered a phone from them that was listed at a discounted price. It took several days, hours on hold and several unanswered emails to get in touch with someone in customer service. when I finally did, they said they would apply the discount and ship it immediately. days later i receive an email stating that I cannot have the Item shipped to my P.O. box because they use UPS. It cannot be shipped to my home address because it is not my Billing address. I send them an email to cancel my order and they send a confirmation that it has been cancelled. About this time i see that my credit card has been charged for the full amount without the discount. I spend another hour or so on hold to talk to their customer support and they assure me that the charge will be refunded within 2 business days. Here I am over a week later and the charge has not been refunded. I call again. After 2 hours on hold, I am assured that the charge was refunded yesterday and my bank hasn't posted it yet. NEVER do business with these people. they don't answer emails and are impossible to obtain on the phone. If I would have never noticed, they would have gladly taken my money and chalked it up to an innocent "mistake". This is the longest hardest purchase that I never made. "

"Worse online experience I've ever had. Ordered a phone which they notified me they were out of stock & asked what I would like to do. I emailed their customer service asking to cancel the order. They never replied. Received another email 2 weeks later saying the item is in stock. I immeadiately sent an email to cancel the order a 2nd time. Received a charge on my credit card but never received a phone. I had to charge back the merchant through my credit card company. I wish I read all the other reviews before placing my order. I think it would be considered fraud the way this company operates."

"Cellhut placed an authorization on my PayPal account and never shipped the promotional item I ordered. I spoke to 2 different Customer service reps. without getting results. All I wanted them to do was release the authorization against my acc't. I can't modify my Paypal funding source while the authorization is there. I was assured that it would be taken care of and it wasn't. I've found that Cellhut's Customer NO-SERVICE does not respond very well to customer requests. I will not ever deal with them again. "

" On my original order on 08-Dec, my PayPal acct got hacked, therefore,Cellhut was not paid, and I had to place the order again. The info I received from PayPal is that Cellhut.com and Keep on Talking.com are the same company.I have purchased from Cellhut in the past, 4 phones, excellent,NO complaints. Until this time. Item showed in stock, was told that it wasn't,on 25-Dec,shows "Ready to Ship"(did they work on Xmas day?). Finally got in touch by phone on 10-Jan, was told info was a mistake, phone was not available,but was on order. I sent an email to all the Cellhut addresses and theratened to go to my State Attorney General (2 weeks ago) and got a reply that said I could always cancel. I sent a reply to cancel, but as of today..............no credit. I get no response from them whether by phone or email. I guess I will have to go to my State Attorney General."
