"I was looking for a SilverStone case and found www.case-mod.com via a google seach and they listed the price $15 less then the regular price (their regular price was same as newegg). So I decided to place the order. To my surprise they had the usual shipping options but had 2 more, "Home Delivery" and "In Store pick up". "Home Deliovery" was faster and cheaper then cheapest FedEx options. I am guessing this is because they figured out that my shipping address was in their vicinity (Bay Area). Anyways so I decided to check their address and found out that they are located right next to my office. So I planned to go and pick it up in person and did not checkout.
The next day I got a mail from them asking if there was a problem and why I had not placed the order. That is GREAT!!! customer service. I replied to the email saying that I will come by and pick it up in person and pay for it at that time. They instantly replied back saying that it is a special order and will take 2 days to arrive and they will deliver to my home or office for free if I place the order today.
So I decided to go to their site and found out that $15 discount was no longer there. So I emailed them back and they instanly replied back saying that if I had found their website via a referral then I should come to the site via that route again to get the discount. I typed it in google and found them again with the discounted price and plced the order.
I will update this posting once I get delivery. But up to now I am very impressed. Keep up the good job!!!

I have recieved the Case and in excellent condition. I was informed by case-mod that this was a special order item and will take 2 additional days for them to get it and then they will deliver it to me. But somehow they were able to make SilverStone ship the item directly to me via UPS and they kept me updated via E-mail of the status and also provided a tracking number.
