"I got a little spooked when I ordered because I sent a question without a response and then I read these reviews. Well, it was Saturday night so I really should have been more patient. Come Monday morning, they responded quickly, took care of my issue beyond my expectations (I miscalculated the number of items I needed), and I received my gear in exactly two business days. Saved me probably seventy bucks over what I would have paid elsewhere. Excellent all around."

They did not respond to numerous phone calls, but did respond to my email query about the availability of my item:

What 'Matt" was saying is, their website product availability bears no relation to what they have in stock. After they cancelled my order, their website still show the item was "In stock"."

"I had placed an order for joiners & footings ($300+) and called them with a question. No answer but a voice mail that says they will return my call within 2 business days. No reply as promised. I then left them two emails and more voice mails. No response. In the confirmation email they sent there was a "order status" link that basically confirmed the order -- with no shipping info nor any updates. I then escalated to PayPal and in the PayPal escalation I saw a different email so I sent that person an email saying I was canceling the email and escalating to PayPal. Obviously, the PayPal escalation got action and they updated my order status to "shipped", sent me an email stating that and then a personal email saying the order was already shipped and I couldn't cancel the order. I wish I would have never ordered from them and will never do business with them again. In the future, I will order from A1tarps. I called them & someone actually answered the phone. Tough lesson ... but hopefully others can learn from my mistakes."
"I ordered six fittings and three pole bases. I chose standard shipping, and received my order in six business days. I didn't get a tracking number, so I called and spoke with someone who promptly fixed the error. I have yet to set up my tarp system, but the fitting quality looks solid and consistant. Im happy with the purchase and think six days from order to front door is totally reasonable. Cheers."
