Run, Forest, Run!!!!

Let see. Dental surgery by an acupuncturist. Putting your hand inside a bee hive to see if there is wax inside. Peeing on a wall socket while flipping the wall switch on and off. Staring directly at the sun for an hour with one eye. Shaving using only a butter knife and strawberry jelly. Mistaking superglue for your eye drops. Using your ear as a pencil sharpener. Eating watermelon through a snorkel. Digging post holes in the sand with your tongue. Gargling with tabasco sauce. Shampooing with Nair. Clipping your toenails using a hedge trimmer. Giving your graduation speech with a mouth full of fish hooks. Using ice cubes made of horseradish as a suppository.

Seller says that these bad reviews are all fake.
Does that mean that the lack of good reviews is real?

Poor Customer Service, No Warranty

"I purchased a 10x20 replacement Valance Canopy Cover in July 2018, living in Long Beach ,Ca. , No noticeable rain until 12-05-2018, the first real rain, the canopy leaked like a sieve. I contacted Canopiesandtarps customer service, I was told that they had a 30 day return policy with exceptions. I told Matt that it leaked with this first rain, he stated the 30 day policy, he wrote that " visible flaws or defects in material are normally noticed upon opening the product and reported within 30 days" hmmm no rain within the 30 days, so no leaks. I wrote that it hadn't rained since my purchase and the final reply was, " My response stated our policy on tarp products, nothing more. Our apologies if you are disappointed by our policy." I have purchased Canopies from them for approx. 5 years. No More! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. "

Received the wrong size

"I orderd a tarp and received the wrong size. I have tried for days to contact them to exchange it and have not received a reponse. I was sent the incorrect size. They are quick to sell but not to help after. "

Pretty bummed out with these people... Ordered tarps two months ago,,, still no tarps and no call backs either

"So I have left now three messages, and three emails... no one has ever gotten back to me. When I placed my order I did not receive an email confirmation... BUT I absolutely see they charges my card... months now and still no one returns my calls or emails! Where can I file a THEFT report?"

Canopy did not fit my frame.

"I ordered a 10 x 20 canopy for my 10 x 20 frame. It was so loose it filled with water and I had to hire a strong man to dump the water out. I took pics and sent to Canopies and Tarps needing guidance. They asked me to measure it again. Gave me a lame excuse as to why it would not fit. I did not expect a full refund, but did expect some kind of rebate. After it filled with rain again, I had to stab the giant "bowls" of water with a knife to drain out the water. So the tarp I am left with cannot even be used to cover something that needs a waterproof cover. They never even responded to my last email to them. $90 loss for me. Shipping was $30 for it.......
Worst customer service I have dealt with. I run a company and ship out everyday. When there is an issue, I take care of my customers and have not had any negative reports because the customer is my business.

Horrible Customer Service

"I purchased a tarp from them and it the tie down rings ripped out in 6 days. Emailed and called them with no return call back or email. When I finally did speak to someone they wer quick to tell me “we are working on it” and never got back to me. Now I’m out of $207 dollars with a 3 week old canopy. Terrible terrible company and I would advise anyone and everyone to Never Ever do business with this company."

"Do not buy anything from this store. After extensive research for what looked like a decent, well priced tarp, I bought five from this company. What was labeled on the site as Regular Duty ended up being a super cheap, super thin tarp with poorly installed grommets. The manufacturer, Pauls Tarpaulins & Merchandise, even went so far as to label the packaged tarp as super heavy duty. After one night of use with very low winds (barely breezy) the first tarp started falling apart. I emailed Canopies and Tarps right away. They replied but were unwilling to work with me at all and stopped replying to my emails. Buyer beware. The price might seem good but the quality is terrible. "

"I ordered a mesh food netting on December the 1st 2014. It is now January the 13th 2015 and I have not yet to receive my order. I called today to ask if the order had came into stock and was told that it came in on Monday and they will get around to it when they get to it. I asked if they will be able to send my order out tomorrow morning and was told as soon as they get to the back orders my order will be shipped. They would not overnight it to me and I feel that they have HORRIBLE customer service.
I am writing this to inform anyone that is willing to order anything from this company to think twice... save your money and order from somewhere else.

"Terrible customer service. I called and spoke to Franky to verify that they had an item in stock. I was told it was in stock and would ship same day, Friday. I placed the order and called on Monday to verify shipment. I was told tracking information would be updated the following morning. Tuesday I called and was informed the item had not shipped and that they were doing me a "Favor" by "Trying" to get my order shipped out on Friday or Monday. I did not know that being a customer meant a company was doing me a "Favor". When I called I gave a specific date that I needed the order and was told it would not be a problem. I did not call and ask if they could "Try" to get an order to me by a specific date. The customer service reps could care less about the Customer. I would never recommend this company to anyone."
