Great Transaction

"i ordered 2 bottles of Metagenics products on sept 12 (saturday). it was shipped on sept 18 (friday). product was received on sept 21 (monday). each bottle was individually wrapped in a strong box. they were $9 cheaper than the site that i used to order from. overall, i am very pleased. "

Sent Wrong Product and Didn't Respond at First: They Resolved issue

"I ordered six bottles of a pet stain & odor cleaner based on the photo and description of the product on their website. They sent another formula instead (just the odor cleaner). I had no luck reaching them but now understand the company was in transition. They personally called to apologize and made everything right. I will shop with them again!"

HORRIBLE SERVICE - NOT TRUSTWORTHY

"Customer service is non-existent. Negative highlights:
The website's owner is hiding his identity using a paid service
We were unable to find reviews for this website on WebOfTrust (WOT).
Communication with this online store is not secure (no SSL)
3 countries are involved in the set-up
No reviews were found on commonly used review sites

Orders are not sent out in promised time, almost expired products are sent, company lies, customer service is non existent and if you are lucky enough to get through ..very rude. They lost hundreds of dollars a month of my business

Rude Customer service when you can get it!

"Small print charging shipping, whereas it says "Free Shipping" all over the website. When I called to dispute it, the customer service rep asked me to hold ad I said I couldn't as I just wanted to report my experience and needed to get ready for work. he informed me "Well, you'll just have to wait!". Calling back went to v.m. What kind of organization is this? Cancelling order

Price Great - Service Awful - Product Quality I'm concerned!

"I wish i'd read the review before ordering from them. Placed my order 5/16 and paid extra for the 3-5 day shipping window. Never received tracking so called and was told the order was out for delivery tomorrow. But I told them I wanted my tracking info and Matt kept telling me he was emailing it but for some reason he couldn't physically give me the tracking #. Maybe because the order HADN'T EVEN SHIPPED YET. Which I now know because tracking has finally been sent to me and the order was just put out to be shipped today, USPS hasn't even picked it up yet. This is not an honest company."

False advertising

"Ordered uncle lee’s green travel in bulk 6 cans March 4,2019. Went with this company because they advertised their cans 5.29 oz. vitacost was cheaper but smaller cans. Received order and cans were 4.23. Talked with Matt at company and asked for additional can to even out Ounce different. He refused and gave me a 1.00 back. Will never do business with this company again. Someone should sue them for false advertising. "

Great experience, no issues.

"I found this site after I had placed an order with CAMFormulas, and all the poor reviews made me nervous. However, I feel compelled to come back and add my experience, as it was a positive one. My order took about 5 days to ship (ordered on a Sunday and it shipped on Friday). Not super fast but also not unforgivably long. But my items, I could not be happier with. They are all brand new, well sealed, and not even close to expiring. If all these negative reviews are real, perhaps this company has cleaned up its act. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to order again."

Horrible customer service

"I put in an order. Got confirmation. Even spent $54 for next day shipping. No package so I emailed. No answer. 4 days later they said they cancelled my order but money was returned to card. They had email so no excuses why I was not informed!"

They will try to sell you items that are about to expire within 2 weeks!!!

"I ordered supplements that I normally order elsewhere, but thought I'd give CAMFormula's a try. They contacted me and said that out of the 3 items, one of them was going to expire in 2 weeks and it may lose some potency but it's still fine!! They wanted to sell me supplements that would be ready to expire by the time I received them! I couldn't believe it. Who would even ask that? I said no, just give me the other two items, they then came back and said all 3 items were about to expire. Then they said they have a disclaimer that their "deal" items may expire within 6 months. I told them to cancel my order and that I'd never order from them again."

Took FIVE days to ship...

"On their website, it states, "Most orders placed before 2 pm EST Monday through Friday will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday will be processed the next business day."

My order didn't ship for FIVE days. Even though it was over the weekend, they blew it on their policy and delayed me receiving my order. I'm not a fan of slow shipping so will take my business elsewhere. Plenty of other companies out there ship same day regardless of the day of week, and do ship when they say they will.

"Their customer service is terrible. I placed an order on 7/3 and on 7/9 they emailed me that the item was out of stock and that when it came back into stock that would not honor the price I had ordered it for. This is a health product and it took them 6 days just to tell me that they did not have it in stock. I would give them 0 stars if I could."

"I ordered a heat sensitive product (probiotics) from this company for the first time. I have ordered this product from another company and it's always come with an ice pack at no extra charge. However, not only did this not come with an icepack, but it was shipped over a weekend to sit in a warehouse. Since it was in the 50's in my area over the weekend, it's obviously no good now, and the company will not accept an exchange, because I didn't spent an extra $20 (!) for an ice pack (and that option, I must have overlooked, having been used to the company I normally order from). Total waste of money (and it wasn't cheap) as now I am stuck with this. I'll never order from them again."

"Ordered five bottles of liquid magnesium. On delivery three had leaked from under the cap meaning the seal was bad. Not a delivery problem. Tried contacting them via phone and e-mail. Phone was temporarily out of service. No response to my e-mails. Weeks later their web site came up with a new phone number. Contacted them and it turns out they had been relocating. They said they had no record of any e-mails - how convenient. Told them about the bottles and wanted a refund and they said too bad, it was outside the 30 days. Told them of our failed attempts to contact them while they relocated which they brushed off. They said send them the bottles at our expense, they would inspect, and they MIGHT reimburse us. Unacceptable. They are punishing US for them shutting off any way to communicate with them. Will NEVER use them again. I plan on writing a letter to go directly to the CEO/President of the company but I don't expect any response. They've got our money."
