"A Acupuncturist friend suggest this site for a particular supplement to help with sleep. After paying for shipping (who pays for online shipping anymore) with so many site offering free delivery, only to have to wait two weeks and still haven’t received the product. I received confirmation and shipping notifications but no product. If Cam formulas expects to survive a competitive online business I suggest they up their game.
Although I’m not a huge fan of Amazon, at least I receive their orders with a day or two from placing them. "

"I placed an order for a calcium supplement. Cam formulas site said that the order will be processed between one and five business days and that I would receive an email with the tracking number. Further, shipment should be made within seven days.
Almost three weeks and three unanswered emails later, no tracking number, no shipment, and the only communications I received from Cam Formulas were electronic responses that someone would be contacting me shortly. Well, nobody contacted me until after I sent a chat message requesting my order be canceled and my money refunded. They did refund my money promptly, But I received no apology for their poor service/communication and no explanation as to why my order was never processed.
They were quick to take the order and charge my credit card - and they also sent me daily marketing emails - but they made no effort to fill the order or communicate why it wasn’t filled.
I won’t be ordering from them again. "
