"I am very leery of ordering individual online companies that I am not familiar with. This company's prices were so great, that I couldn't resist. I placed my order not really expecting too much to be honest. I was really surprised. The transaction was smooth, the shipping was very fast, and the items were packaged well. Now, about the product. What can I say? The Tapco 30 round 7.62 mags were great. I give them a solid 4 stars. I would give them 5 stars, but the doesn't stay open after the last round is fired without you making some "adjustments". This is typical of all of the poly mags I've encountered, so it's not a flaw of just this manufacturer."
"The worse customer service ever, do not order from these people, Shannon Taylor will accuse you of fraud when she clearly knows she is in the wrong. She will not get back with you on the phone. I place one order and she had ups intercept the order, she was emailing me that I was committing a felony. All she had to do was look into the matter and apologize instead of sending ignorant email. The worse customer service I have had all my life."
