"Pretty fair price considering shipping was included, which is great. Received the order promptly, in good shape. Had to use customer service via phone, which was a bit long but not bad - on hold a short time, and the first person I spoke with was direct, a little rushed but answered all my concerns."

"I have been ordering online for over 20 years. NEVER have I had such a horrible experience!

I ordered a DLink wireless radio from California Computer Center on Tuesday 3/30/10. I paid $61 for overnight shipping. I understood that considering the time the item was ordered (even with the time difference) that it would not ship until 3/31/10.

Since I did not receive a confirmation email that the order had been processed, I made the first of many calls to the company. The first three calls I could not get a person on the phone. I left messages and sent at least 2 emails. I had included my cell phone number if they needed it.

I received an email from JVO that the package was in shipping on 3/31/10. But, I still had not received a confirmation on the order nor did I receive a tracking number for the package. I was not told there was a problem the order.

On the 4th phone call on 4/1/10 at 12:45 PM EST, I spoke with Susie. She looked into the order and told me it had not shipped on 3/31/10. I told her I had paid for overnight shipping. She confirmed the address for delivery at 3:45 PM EST. After more phone calls, I still had received neither confirmation nor tracking information. I talked to the "manager", Kevin, and explained the situation. He said he would look into it.

At 6:45 PM EST, I called and Susie told me that the package had not shipped. I called Kevin. He said they had been off for Passover and the office was in a disorganized situation. The order fell through the cracks. The package was being drop shipped from DLink. He would look into Saturday delivery and call me on Friday to confirm shipping or not.

At 1:30 PM 4/2/10, I had not received a call from Kevin. I called Kevin. He did not answer. Called Susie. Susie said that it was shipped, but could not give me a tracking number. I asked for her to get me one from whoever told her it had shipped. She provided the extension for shipping and Lupe.

I sent Susie an email to tell her Lupe did not pick up and I left a message. I also requested that she also ask Lupe to call me. I received an email from her to tell me that she still could not provide me with a tracking number until MONDAY? She said it was out for Saturday delivery.

1:30 PM EST Saturday 4/3/10. NO PACKAGE.

FINALLY...I had given up! It was delivered by FedEx at 4 PM 4/3/10

"Looks like I got scammed. The site offered very low price on a projector. I gave them my credit card number and ordered it. The order went immediately on hold and showed item out of stock. Yet on the site the item shows in stock (and at a new higher price.) Called them to see what was going on.... and they tried to sell me something else that I did not want. I canceled my order... The place is a scam... I called in my credit card to have the number changed... What a painful lesson. I should have read the reviews on this place... any positive reviews are probably generated by them. "

"I ordered a SonicWALL with bundle at an unbelievable price! My IT consultant nor eSecurityToGo could match it!!! "Possible misuse of BBB Seal on their web page. Do not follow common business standards. Confirmed the order and then cancelled the order because they don't accept non-US/Canada credit cards. That information is missing on their web site. They don't pay the service needed for the clearing house to check international credit cards. "

"I ordered for msi u100-279 white and my credit card was charged the following day without a tracking number. After several calls and emails they kept telling me they're looking into it. Yesterday, i spoke to John at ext207 and he said the manager took care of it and the unit was sent that day from an Indiana warehouse. Still no tracking number. Today, exactly a week from when i ordered it, i tried to contact them because i still do not have a tracking number. Perplexed and frustrated and disappointed to false assurances, i called them and left a message to cancel my order. This is my first time to order from this company and never will i order from them again i please avoid this company. This company is bad."

"Great deals but ridiculous restocking fee charges. My purchase was over $1000 for two Planar PT15 black touch screen monitors, what I received was dark purple monitors which is misleading form of advertisement in their website and manufacture label. After several calls they cut the charge by half but still to high for unused seal package. Anyway, be aware!"

"This company writes their own reviews. All the negative reviews are true. They misrepresent their inventory & don't provide tracking numbers. I ordered equipment 12 days, 8 business days ago & still haven't received the equipment or tracking number. Don't get caught by the low prices, it's not worth the headache!!!"

"I purchased a Sony Vaio from California Computer on December 5, 2008. From the first day I received it the computer had blue screens of death. They were very friendly and suggested I ship the computer back to them, at my expense. This back and forth shipping occurred 3 times, always with the computer supposedly working well in California Computer's office but not in my office. I refused to take back the computer, but they refused to give me my money back. Discover card sided with the, of course. Sony also insists there is nothing wrong with the computer. I am out a fair amount of cash and have no computer 5 months later. I believe that they sold me somoone else's return and passed it off as new. The computer is a lemon, and I feel like I have exhauseted all my remedies and energy, not to mention quite a bit of money. I will never purchase any Sony product again, and it goes without saying that anyone who purchases anything from California Computer after reading this posting has been forewarned."

"I ordered warranty support for a SonicWall firewall. I chose ground shipping as it was $0. The other shipping amounts seemed extravagant, but I didn't need it faster than the promised 1 to 7 business days. I actually received the activation keys in the evening of the following day. All of this for 15% - 30% less than other sites. Very good experience."

"I was looking at the sites that have my item in stock. Then I found this site. First I thought again it is something like broadway photo. But I took the risk because I needed it so quickly and so badly. I talked to Robert at ext 101. He arranged the shipping on the same day and watched my item and as I am writing this review I have got it in my hand. Fastest shipping I have seen. And it was free ground shipping! "

"I was very disappointed with these guys.
They sent me a opend item(Canon 40d, 28-135mm lens kit)claiming it brand new.
When I checked it to the Canon USA with item serial number, one of Canon representer says, he CANNOT verify this item's Authencity.
Because he cannot find this serial number.
They didn't took it back.
NEVER, NEVER buy this guys items!!
IF you buy, YOU WILL regret as soon as you get items.
