"Angela in customer relations Required me to sign a document releasing and absolving Calibamboo from any future claims after I found damaged planks in my Calibamboo pro vinyl flooring boxes. She said it was to replace the damaged planks. I had my attorney look at the agreement & he said “Do not sign since this will release them against any & all liability in the future except warranty.” Angela tried to argue that he was wrong. I offered to give her the name/number to my attorney so he could explain it to her but she refused. If the agreement she sent to me didn’t release them from any liability why does it say that in the agreement and why do I need to agree to it to get replacement planks? This is poor customer relations & a poor example of standing behind your product. Hopefully this isn’t an example of how they will handle future issues. "
"I finally got around to putting in the acacia vinyl plank flooring. I love it and it's beautiful, but I wish it was a bit thicker and stiffer. I live in an older single story house and the vinyl planks pick up every little dip or high spot from the subfloor. Simple to install once I got the technique down. I have 3 dogs and we live in the Pacific Northwest where it rains a lot. I love that this flooring is waterproof."

I self installed this in our dining and in my office. looks great went down great. This product cuts nicely/cleanly and was a breeze to put down mostly due to the excellent T&G the grooves were all perfect. We have two 90lbs dogs and after 90 days not a single scratch dent nothing! the only complaint is that as this is wood and not carpet and also being darker the hair and dust shows so i find myself having to swiffer the floor frequently. We love the look and durability and our friends have all loved the look. Many people are surprised to find out it is Bamboo and not normal wood. I have lots of pieces left and hand out to every one who asks about it. One friend has already ordered some for his house in a different color...... I think Bordeaux
Anyways if your looking for solid wood floors this product is amazing and WAYY better than any traditional wood it is so hard you would have to try to scratch it . However they make this stuff even makes it look like traditional wood and to boot its less expensive as well. I encourage anyone to attempt self install as well if you have any basic skill at all. I bought a RYOBI circular saw and a jigsaw to perform (those cost me $150 combined) and it was EASY."

"I installed 1000 square feet in my daylight basement. Fairly easy to install yourself. Make sure each piece is locked in completely before you continue or you will be removing pieces to correct the error which only compounds as you go. Once you figure that out it is pretty straight forward and doable. We chose a dark color so it shows dirt more than expected. Cali service was outstanding. Product quality was great also. No complaints and we will be ordering another 2000 square feet soon for the main floor.Thank you."
