"I have had no issue with the company. Everything came except for one item and that item has an expected date that they will have one in stock (I did receive 3 of the 4, so I assume this is a back order).
I have been trying to call them to add some additional items to be sent with the back ordered device, but have found it hard to contact them by phone.
They must be very busy. I did get a response to my email and the additional item that I wanted they are giving me for free due to the back ordered item.
I would recommend them to anyone and will use them for my future needs."

"HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I will never buy from Cable Crazy again. They charged me for an out of stock item that was never sent to me. Also on the same purchase something failed on their server and the shipping was delayed. In response, cable crazy said they would ship my purchase for free. But instead, they charge me for the out of stock item and bill me shipping:

"Overall Experience with this company was A++. Shipping was prompt, customer service was friendly and informative, and the product arrived as it should - perfectly. I would of given them a perfect score on shipping, but USPS delivery confirmation is very unreliable and uninformative - so I highly recommend a move to more reliable services such as UPS or FedEX.
