"I Ordered on 5/3/2007 and have not recieved anything yet, it's been 15 days. I'll wait a little longer, but after reading some other reviews of this merchant I'm staring to worry.
Okay, it is now 6/2/2007. I have received absolutely no replies from Cable Crazy about this order. I had to open an Item Not Received PayPal Dispute, two days after doing so I received a notice that I was issued a full refund and am now waiting for the funds to clear. I tried three times to find out what the delay was for, but it seems that they do not reply to questions. The only reason I can think of is that the items were out of stock. While browsing the Cable Crazy website for information, I found a statement that said Cable Crazy will contact the buyer if an item is out of stock and give the option of waiting or canceling the order. It seems that this statement is not true, as I was never contacted and have been kept in the dark on the status of the order. I have not received even one email after making the order, not even an order confirmation. I do not like to do business with sellers that make tranactions so difficult. Good communication is absolutely the most important aspect of an online transaction. Cable Crazy is not too good in that department."

I emailed 4 times and did receive a response on 2/13/2007 from some guy named Adam stating that my order will be shipped out that day and refund me cost for shipping and they did nothing it was a lie!! "I could not reccomend this outfit to my worst enemy. I ordered some case lights for a customers new rig on 2/12. I recieved an email from sales@cablecrazy saying my payment was recieved. By 2/19 with nothing delivered I emailed them not once, not twice, but three seperate times on three successive days. I recieved no replies. I opened a dispute with paypal, that they never replied to. I called their phone number and left 5 messages. They never got back to me. On 2/28 I escalated the paypal dispute. These asshats haven't even replied to that. I understand shipping problems, human error, these things happen. Not responding to requests for information is ridiculous. cable crazy is a reseller to avoid at all costs!I have notified the local postal inspector in washington to follow up on any other non delivery claims....I am sure there are many

Well they refunded the full amount of my order today. With no reason as to what happened...nothing. Nice customer service cable crazy........cable crazy......they sell cables and you gotta be CRAZY to shop with them!"

I obviously posted my comments early on my last posting. I've yet to hear about the status of my order. I've sent a couple of emails and they have not responded back to me. I left a voice message on 2-9-07 and we'll see if I receive a responce. If I do not receive my order by Wednesday - 2-14, I will proceed to cancel my order and other actions if needed. I would proceed with caution if you order from this company at this time.

It's now 2/26/07. I still have not received my order. I did receive an email from a person named Adam on 2/13/07. He said my parts are being shipped on the 13th. That's 10 days ago, and I can't think of any place in the USA where it takes more then a few days to ship from.

I finannly received my order on 3-9-07. I took this place well over a month to send me my order. SInce I did not receive very much contact, we miss-lead by their reaponse saying they had shipped the order on 2-13, I was forced to contact my back and seek assistance with a possible fraud on this order. I had my card closed and reissued due to this company and how they handle inquires on orders or lack of response. I felt I was being ripped off and stalled when I asked them questions. I will not order from them again."

I e-mailed the problem to sales, but as yet have received no resonse. Finally, after completion of this survey at the time of sale, I was to receive a small free gift, I never received confirmation of receiving my e-mail to them about that either, nor did the gift arrive with my package.
