"I have seen great improvements within the last year. Including the staff and teachers being happier. The one thing I could see improvement is better communication with parents at pick up. Most of the time their teachers have gone home and the teachers that are there don't always know how our child did during the day. The app is not being updated everyday of what they did during the day and I miss that. When we first started the school was more active with these kinds of things. It is nice to know what our kids did during the day and helps me talk to my kids about their day. I appreciate that the teachers aren't moving around as much. There was a moment where teachers were moving around all the time. The communication of the children moving to the next class could use improvement. It seems to be a topic that no one wants to talk about but please know it is important to us parents and is exciting to see our kids growing up with great staff and teachers. I also appreciate when the teachers send photos to use during the day. It makes my day for sure! Thank you for all of your hard work! I know my kids love their teachers and staff!"

"The school was great when we started. However we feel the quality has gone down south recently. We do not receive any brightwheel updates in time. We do not know how the child is doing during the day and hence we dont see the need for this app. While other childtime branches offer live streaming for the same money this one doesnt even provide timely updates.The app doesnt show the check in check out times any more. So we are always left wondering if one or the other parent has already checked out the child. We do not receive any updates on the childs learning and activity as well.Most of the teachers are nice and caring in general. However the place is very chaotic especially during drop off and they may need more training to manage the current chaotic environment and improve communication. Not worth the money."

"My overall experience has been great! Just recently have I had some red flags go up. I absolutely love Ms Lidia, Ms Quina, Ms Veronica, Ms Anette, Ms Jill, Mr Odell, and Ms Amelia. Ms Lidia and Ms Quina were amazing together in Infant 1 room! They both are amazing teachers/care givers to our children. The care and concern they have for each child just come natural to them and something not everyone has. Thank you all for all you do for our children."

"If some of the answers to these questions seem harshly critical, it is because these are our children. I would not expect anyone to love any children at Childtime like their parents. However, I want staff to be the experts on child development. I want staff to be better. What continuing education benefits are provided by Childtime? What mentorships are there for young staffers? I place the role of professional development on the organization and to hire those individuals with compassion, empathy and a desire for growth/self-improvement. Alternatively, less driven staff or those with a different set of skills should be evaluated for positions where they can excel."

"The staff cares, the facility is old and not well maintained (basics like vacuuming the carpet and sweeping the floor daily), the new Director is trying to right this ship and doing a good job. The old Director had lost interest. One teacher falls asleep during the day while watching the kids. The District Manager is non-existent, unresponsive and thus ineffective."

"Great school overall. Initially as a parent I didn’t feel the connection with the teachers/staff. Over time they began to speak and became more friendly. The major reason for being involved with this school is the importance of the child’s education and safety which is what mattered most."

"Parking lot situation needs to be addressed. Parents park cars along and over the sidewalk to directly near entrance door of school, not in parking spots making entering and exiting difficult. I believe this is a safety hazard."

"We loved how the first 6 months went and were very impressed. The last few months have been challenging because my child has stopped eating and has started to become scared to go. He describes his concern as having to do with the class-size and certain friends hurting him. We have addressed the concerns and the only feedback we got was that we could make his lunch and bring it. I would love if there was a way that they could work on having him eat instead of us just packing a different meal. If I was there I would work on understanding why he wouldn't eat it and trying to get him to at least try the food. I don't know if other students are actually hurting him, he is three years old and sometimes has a colorful imagination. I do know that he is very uncomfortable with all large class size ."

"This was by far the best place we looked at, we felt warm and welcome and my daughter was happy and engaged instead of scared. It was really comforting knowing I can leave her somewhere she'll be loved and paid attention to"
