"We have had a great experience with the infant room. The teachers are wonderful. Hunter does get sick quite frequently but I believe that’s just the nature of him being in a room with other infants who are all susceptible to germs. I think the teachers keep the room as clean and sanitized as they possible can. We are very pleased."

"Very poor communication. Lac of information for onboarding. Lack of information on switching classrooms. Director didn't tell us when daughter was moving or that we didn't need to bring her food anymore. No info about what food they are eating. How do we even know if there were allergies? No info about exotic animals. Cool there is a cheetah at the school - would have been nice to know so I could decide if I even wanted my daughter around an animal that could literally rip her face off. Overall poor comms - mainly due to old director Laura. Looking for improvement with the new team. But got off to a bad start. Lack of info on payments cost us a late fee that we shouldn't have had to pay and the school never took accountability."

"Mostly positive! I have seen improvements and I appreciate the efforts. The only thing I could say is that putting the 2 year old back with the younger kids (in the am and pm) is a setback. I liked the fact that they were with the older kids. The younger ones tend to be sick more often and we don’t always hear about it. I would like to be informed more when sicknesses are going around."
