"We’ve had a great experience with Childtime, particularly the morning teachers in the infant room. The afternoon teachers are more reserved and seem less enthusiastic, but still seem to take good care of our baby."

"My son attended Childtime - Sweetwater for approximately one year.
Some of the caregivers were very loving and nurturing to my infant/toddler, however is there is a high turnover rate amongst the caregivers, especially in the infant 1 room in the afternoon.
In my opinion the center is more of a glorified daycare and not an educational based program. There were countless times when I picked up my son, he had been placed in a high chair as the caregiver was cleaning up the room.
I certainly did not pay $287 a week so that my son could be babysat by a high chair.
During this one year, I received a high number of incident reports. From my son being bit by another child on multiple occasions, to him falling and biting through his tongue, to a fall that required stitches.
The straw that finally broke the camels back is when I picked my son up and noticed clear nail marks on his forearm, as if someone had grabbed his arm and dug their nails into his skin. The nail marks appeared to me to be the size of an adult hand.
I instantly spoke with the director about the marks, but no explanation could be given. I immediately removed him from the center.
When I was contacted by the district manager, she stated that they would be investigating and inspecting the equipment to see what could have caused the injury... I could save her the time, because it is clearly a matter of whom and not what.
I did not care for the director Lynn and judging by her attitude towards me, the feeling was certainly mutual. I found her to be rude and condescending.
I certainly would not recommend this center. "

"We opted to enroll my son at Childtime because I work from home and I was not able to properly care for him and work at the same time. It is within 2 miles of my home and the price was better than other child cares closer to me. I have noticed that since enrolling in the school and being around other infants, my son has developed very quickly. He is seeing other children and learning new behaviors and gaining valuable social skills. It is unfortunate that his health was compromised after 2 weeks of enrollment, but apparently that is common among daycares and is to be expected. He loves his teachers and his teachers love him, so that makes me feel very comfortable with him being there. I like the fact that the center has cameras that I can watch him on if I choose. Also, Brightwheel is a wonderful tool to keep up with his daily activities."

"The staff at chlidtime have been very professional yet empathetic with our situation. We can not attend daily all day but only here and there. My life threatening health issue was traumatic for all of us. I cardiac arrested twice on the table. Childtime staff knew that our grandson (we have custody) would have behavioral problems due to me being missing from the home. They communicated Daily! to parents and take any time you need to speak about how they can help us. The love the children and they have fun while learning. I am very very happy with everyone at Sugar Land Childtime. It's clean inside and out even during our horrendous disaster we are in. Hurricane Harvey is destroying everything! They are letting families go to other Childtimes so they can still have care while they deal with the devastation. Thank you to everyone! We appreciate all you do."

"Overall a great experience. I feel the children's needs are met and they have a fun time while in attendance. My only suggestion would be that, with the addition of the webcam, that teachers could decrease their time adding updates through precious status. I have noticed when I'm on the webcam that teachers have to spend a lot of time sitting with their ipads. For myself, I would rather see the teachers doing more one on one interaction with the children than having to spend time with the updating. I would expect that parents will get their updates from watching the webcam with their own eyes and not wanting as many precious status updates."
