"overall it is a great school even with the few disagreements i have with it. i wish they would do more with the kids educationally and activity-wise. i wish they would work on more language skills in the infant room such as sign language or starting foreign languages. My wife and i love the fact they have cameras in the classrooms so we can watch our son at anytime and check in on him and see what he is up to. We Also love to see pictures of him at daycare and wish they would take more pictures even though i know its hard to do while taking care of all the children."

"It has been good except recently I paid for a few weeks up front and my son was out sick that week and they didnt inform us until after bringing up the fact he was out entire week that they charge 50% of the payment for a reservation fee. It would have been nice to know in advance because I probably wouldn't pay for it upfront, especially since he caught a virus from someone at the school and that's why he was out for the week.i dont see why I should be charged for a week I didnt attend."

"I started my child in the day care when he was 10 months old. We were very happy in the beginning with the infant class 1. Ms.Rita and Ms.Cynthia were great. Initially as a concerned parent I used to monitor the camera most of the time. After I gained the trust seeing how these teachers handled my baby, I almost forgot about monitoring. Then, when the transition started, it was very intense for an year old child. Since my baby was not walking yet, the transition was not very comfortable. Especially the way the teachers in the infant2 classroom handled my child, I had to ask Ms.Lynn to bring him back to the old class. After 2 months, again we tried and now we have to stick to this class. Ms.Nikath is good, patient and concerned. Still, they have the strict time to follow and they urge the kids to finish the food, otherwise they **** the food or the bottle away. Especially Ms.Sophia is very rude with the kids. I highly insist to watch the Infant2 cameras at 2PM to see how these teachers wake these kids. It is INSANE. They lift the child who is in a deep sleep and put them on the floor. Many times, these kids wont even realize what just happened and they wont even able to sit steadily. They wobble and cry and then come to the realization that their sleep time is over. I understand they have a schedule to follow, but being rude to small kids can never be justified. There were cases where they missed to give snack, water and sometimes mishandling the kids. When complained to Ms.Lynn, we always get some kind of justification. And the director is sometimes cold in answering our concerns.Overall, the current opinion about this school is not so great. We are waiting to see how the next class goes, if the standard of the next class is going to be like this one, then we will definitely be moving our child to a better place."
