"Overall, the school is nice and they have lots of materials/toys. Staff are typically friendly. My only issue is the communication. I’m never sure which classroom my child is in and how the child is doing with activities, engaging with other child etc. More than half the time if I look at the video feed the child doesn’t appear to be in the room. When I have attempted to ask questions about how the child is doing, the teacher offers little information. I know it’s hard to find time to communicate during drop off/pick up but maybe if the app could be used more to communicate once in awhile an update on how the child is doing."
