"I have been so happy with CHILDTIME. Choosing a daycare for my toddler was not something I took lightly, and they made the whole process very seamless and as easy. I am very impressed with the security and the communication that they provide as well as the curriculum. The teachers are also so warm and comforting and have been fantastic with welcoming my son during this challenging transition in his little life. "Childtime Somerset where my niece went, then my first child, now my second child. And a lot of friends whose kids come in here. Used to have a lot of teachers. Used to be open longer hours 6:30am to 6:30pm. More fun just before covid pandemic came. But now, seems less fun. We love childtime. But they need more staffs/teachers."

"Putting my daughter in daycare was a very hard decision for our family. The daycare came highly recommended from close friends who have had their children in the infant room with Ms. Joe, which made it easier for us to decide on enrolling her here. The daily communication and care the staff shows to myself and my daughter has exceeded our expectations. The classroom is well organized, the toys are cleaned throughout the day, feedings happen on a regular schedule and all activities are promptly recorded in the app. The cameras have provided me with a sense of ease during this transition of handing my daughter to someone other than family. "Overcrowded classrooms, roaches, ants, rude staff, teachers don’t pay attention to the kids because there are too many in one room. My son got hold of scissors and cut his hair while 2 teachers were in the classroom. Shady front desk staff that pay more attention to gossiping than the safety of the children. On more than one occasion i found the front door propped open with a box or the carpet. The door leading to our babies! The assistant teachers are not properly screened and they change often because they don’t last. They had an assistant teacher once that was a junkie...nodding out while left alone with the kids! The kids run wild all day, hardly any teaching goes on. Complaining to staff did nothing. Save your money and keep you kid safe by not sending them to this dive! "

"My Child is an infant and I feel comfortable with the care thus far however I do feel food should be offered to infants more often. There have been times when my child had only 10 oz in a 10 hour day, He's 5 months old, and should be eating 15-20oz in that period of time. Otherwise, I am very happy with his teachers and caregivers but feel they are understaffed. I also feel they should practice a a general hand washing/sanitizing before handling a baby so germs are not passed around as I've noticed many sick children attending. My infant has been sick 3 times in 2.5 months."

"Conversation with the director is great. Conversations between the teacher and parent can be better. I would definitely find nurturing teachers. Even if the teacher has tons of experience that doesn’t necessarily mean they are good at what they do."
