"Was told over phone there was an availability for infant care and when arrived was told it wasn't til April, but person also said she didn't know for sure and some one would call me. 6 days later, still no call. The cost of care for children is high when i was looking around it didn't seem very educational in the classrooms. The outdoor areas didn't have much for children to play on for active outdoor play (especially for a 4 y.o)."

"When asking the director questions it's hard to get more than a yes or no answer. Some reasonings behind why things are the way they are would be nice. For example my son was going to be out for a week and I paid half of his tuition per the contract to reserve. I received notification that it's half of his school rate plus the $10 a week for pull ups even though he wouldn't be there to use them. He maybe uses 7 a week when he is there so I am paying 1.43 per pull up when he is at school which is outrageously expensive and still have to pay the full amount when he isn't there?! I asked them to provide me where it states this in the notice we were sent out and I wasn't able to get anything back. Also during the holidays I feel if my son is only attending school for three days I shouldn't be charged for the full week. It's pretty ridiculous spending $200 for three partial days when that is what a full five day week usually costs."

"Overall okay. It would be nice if the price was more competitive. Or discounts for kids that stay consistently. Sending more kids home when they are sick instead of letting all the other kids get sick. Then we have to pay tuition, but keep our own kids home plus take sick days off work. I am hoping this year will be better."

"We love Childtime! The director and the teachers are wonderful and so friendly. They really listen to my thoughts and concerns about my son and about his experiences at their school. I know they genuinely care for my son, and I feel confident that he is getting the best care he can get outside of our own home. In fact, I witnessed this prestige level of care when my son was still in the infant room. At drop-off one day, my son had a seizure in the classroom and fell unconscious. The teachers and staff immediately sprang to action. They called 911 right away, and the director and assistant director came right to the classroom. The assistant director stayed on the phone with the 911 operator; the director administered CPR; and his teachers sat and comforted me as I watched such an awful experience happen to my child. I am forever grateful to them for their quick action and support through my son's recovery. I know I wouldn't have received that level of care and compassion just anywhere!"
