"Some teachers are great with communication, however the online app does not give all information. As a parent I want to be informed as soon as possible if something is happening with my children. I have been told that the app is not allowed to put behavior update, accident updates or medical updates. If this is secure a message then saying Kay had a breathing treatment, everything is good. He is napping now. shouldn't be a horible request. Or John had an accident, please see a teacher at pickup. I am an acctive parent and cannot fix poor behavior or have the information the school needs without the proper communication. Teachers also need to respond back to parent notifications through this app."

"We love Childtime. We know our son is safe and cared for every day. He has learned so much from the teachers. Our only suggestion would be to choose more age appropriate meals. Some lunches seem a little much for toddlers."

"Some of the teachers are FANTASTIC! And others are not so much. There's one who is sometimes really great, and other times really not, it's very confusing. Overall, this is a very clean and well ran school. I wish two things would improve: a more family atmosphere (this is run more like a business, and I understand that) by for some of the people there, it's obviously just a job. Second, the prices are OUTRAGEOUS. I wish I would have shopped around a little more before enrolling my son, Child Time was my first stop and waiting lists get really long. As a first time parent, I didn't know any better. Now I do, and I will eventually move my son, and future children to another daycare purely because $300 a week to too darn expensive. Miss Andrea and Betsy are AWESOME!"

"I absolutely love childtime. My child teachers are amazing and work really hard in the development of my child. I love being able to talk to them about my concerns, and having positive feedback. I feel welcome, and my child loves going there. My favorite thing is how, even teachers from different classroom, know my child name and greet us every day. The environment is very encouraging, safe, and teachers really care. I can't imagine ever going to a different daycare. When we first started I was really anxious, but the director help ease the whole transition. My child is confident and happy to go every day! I couldn't ask for a better curriculum that helps her achieve each milestone."

"Love the primary teachers! They work so hard and do a great job with my child. They should get paid more, and maybe a more competitive salary would keep the turnover rate from being so high. It's a bit annoying that just as we get used to one teacher, she leaves or gets put on a different schedule/rotation. This is less of an issue with the primary teachers but still an issue nonetheless. On a positive note, my child loves attending, and I know he is valued and feels loved and positively engaged at the school. He's also learning SO much!"

"The directors are the ones that have written more than half the "excellent" reviews. If you notice they copy and paste their reviews and post them multiple times. The only good place about this daycare are the handful of teachers that actually care about the children. The director Jen is nothing short of a rude person who is nice to you until after the first two weeks. Kim is a million times worse. They discourage you as a parent when your child doesn't meet their standards. Both Jennifer and Kim are rude and act annoyed if you need to talk to them. My child came home almost every other day with an incident report because other children were hurting and abusing my child physically and the teachers did nothing about it yet they tried to say it was my child's fault because my child should know better even though my child is 1 years old! I have spoken with multiple other parents who have pulled their children from this daycare as well as those who still attend all of which feel the exact same way I do. They do not work with your children if there is an issue. They just constantly tell you that your child is being bad and doesn't listen. They have too many children for some of the teachers to handle and I witnessed on multiple accounts the way they "redirect" the children and how they don't pay any attention to half of the children in the classroom. I would never EVER suggest or refer any person to this facility. I am thoroughly disgusted with how not only I as a parent and adult was treated but how my poor baby was treated by them. The HANDFUL of staff that are great, like Andrea who is a God send to that place; are the ONLY good thing that came out of such a horrific experience. I speak not only for myself and my child but I speak for the 5 other parents who withdrew their children from this place and the 3 that are still stuck there and contemplating withdrawing their children due to their own experiences. "

"I love childtime and the staff. I'm a first time mom who was very nervous, but the staff has been amazing. I am so grateful for my daughters teachers. They are all amazing and I couldn't think of a better place for my daughter to attend. The director is really awesome, which is why the staff are so amazing. Our family loves child time."

"The 800 number said there was a spot available for our son, but the person we spoke with said there was no spot available; which was a major concern- we will be contacting the director Jen after the New Year's Day Holiday. The person we spoke with who led the Tour (Kim) discouraged us from enrolling our child."
