"General staff members appear to be generally caring and children friendly. They seem to be hindered by understaffing and general small facilties with lots stuff packed in. Water system in unsanitary above EPA max contaminated levels, water filtration system needs to be installed. The food is mainly GMO products from Monsanto companys, healthier food should be provided. Outside area is over loaded with sand, play ground padding and grass would be much better and healthy for over all children and staff members. I feel the staff is dong a great job with little support from tgete corporate offic.I feel corporate sould place more resources into this facility, you have the right staff now they just need the support from corporate to be great and the resources from corporate for the children to be healthier. "Generally, my experience with this school has been very welcoming, comfortable and patient. My son has been able to grow in an environment where everyone knows him so I know that there are a lot of eyes watching him. The teachers are caring and generally do want to know how he is doing in the morning and how he has been doing all day. The teachers and Administration are professional and yet willing to listen and research any concerns I have when my son's gets hurt while I am not notified. They make every effort to accommodate their students and their individual needs."

"Prior to Casey coming on staff, this school (to be honest) was a disaster. I had planned on moving my daughter after she left the infant room. I only left her in the infant room because Hellen, Hellen and Falicia are amazing caregivers. But after that, I was going to leave. When Casey arrived it was clear things were changing for the better. I continue to see improvements and I really feel like she not only knows what she is doing but she actually cares. That wasn't the environment I experienced my first few months at Child Time... Kudos to Casey and all the staff who are supporting these positive changes! Thank you!"

"Gate wide open nothing preventing predators from entering. Watched 3 staff members not close gate (one leaving, one coming, and one getting drinks with kids all at seperate times) One adult to 8 babies in infant room as second teacher was absent. Facility was not clean. As I was walking up heard staff yelling at a small child probably two years old"

"It varies a lot. Some days we walk in and the teacher is a pure blessing, sent from heaven. So warm and loving. Other days another teacher will be there, cold and disconnected. The director doesn't seem to care about anything, children puking all over the place, my kid getting bit to the point of bleeding. Another manager seems nice and helpful, engaged. It varies tremendously."

"It's been fine. Nothing to brag about. My child is safe and seems to be learning. It is VERY corporate. It seems teachers are more concerned with keeping the rooms cleaned up then interacting with the children. I haven't had a bad interaction- I also have not had a great feeling that my daughter is being loved and taught consistently throughout the day."
