I think the infant teachers take an interest in my child and care for her, but i don't believe this site is helping to develop her. This is not a site i want to stay at and have her learn from. I don't believe that this site is well run or that anyone outside of the assistant director knows what is going on. The director is ineffective and many of the staff are unprofessional."

"Childtime has been great for my son. He has made friends and tells me how much fun he had. The staff at 12th St. and Glendale are always very helpful and kind to my son. When I first brought my son to this school I noticed the latch on the front gate was broken. Within a week it was fixed. Safety is first and that makes me feel secure as a parent."

"Overall, my general experience has been great. Only concern I have is that the use of masks are not enforced. One would think that with the COVID cases increasing in Arizona and teachers at the learning center testing positive for COVID, the use of masks among parents picking up children would be enforced. This is not the case, I always see at least 1 parent that isn't wearing a mask and the staff says nothing. In addition, I have seen staff members not properly wearing their mask."

"I’ve really liked both directors we’ve had since starting. Casey and Erin have both been friendly and receptive. The school is convenient, safe, and reasonably priced. When our daughter started a few years ago we had great infant teachers and staff turnover wasn’t bad. We were happy to have Ms. Helen still in the infant room for our son this last yr. Over the last 1-2 years I feel like there has been a ton of staff turnover and it is hard to keep up with what teachers are in our daughters class. It seems like every time we get to know and like a teacher they are just gone one day. This constant changing of staff has made it feel like there isn’t really any kind of organized teaching/lessons in the preschool/PreK classes and my daughter has even made comments about how she feels like they don’t really learn new things anymore. With the lack of face to face with teachers due to Covid I also wish they would use brightwheel more to update on the activities in the classroom day to day for thepreschool/preK class"

"You can't find a better school for your children! Especially for the price, given all the programs offered, level of security, the constant day to day contact with staff providing pictures , videos and overall daily activities and their outstanding health and wellness for your child during this Pandemic! My child has developmentally progressed faster than I could ever imagine since being at childtime! His overall happiness and joy in life is heartwarming. His tatrums and overall mood has improved. His sleeping and eating habits have GREATLY improved! He went from crawling to walking and running with confidence in a matter of weeks! They always have fun activities and programs for the kids, such as water day, cartoon characters coming to visit, arts and crafts and much more! Lastly they had one teacher come positive for COVID whom was in direct contact with my son and because of their outstanding procedures he nor any other kid got sick! They have had 0 outbreaks which says a lot right now! You can be at ease!"

"They say hello to my child before me they helped her get adjusted from her old school and has been met with patience and genuine care. There have been some slight miscommunications but nothing terrible and every time I try to interact with someone they do. The director doesn’t really like friendly conversation with parents it seems but the rest of the staff are always friendly."
