"I can tell the teachers truly care about my child and the children in his class. They always create a warm, welcoming environment. My child has grown so fast developmentally in the short time he's been there."

"Lately this has gone from being a school I loved to send my child to one that I just send my child too out of habit. Front Staff used to seem to care about my child - used to greet us both warmly everyday. Lately, seems like they don't even bother to look up from conversations to say hello, much less engage in conversation. In the past, I have felt comfortable asking questions or bringing up issues - but the openness I used to feel has changed. I can't put my finger on what it is, but I feel it's a subtle change in culture. If it wasn't for my child's current friendships, I would consider looking elsewhere."

"Overall negative. The individual classroom teachers are amazing. The director is friendly to your face then rude behind your back, and the assistant director has no business being in childcare. The meals they serve are low in nutrition, processed and not something I would eat let alone picky kids. My daughter has to brings snacks because she was coming home starving. Her early preschool room never went out side because the teachers were lazy. Every time I’ve had a problem I’ve had to concede more than I wanted to because the school wasn’t properly staffed to deal with any issues"

"We love Rebecca Bennett! She has been understanding and accommodating whenever we've had questions or concerns. Some teachers have been great and others just ok (some haven't communicated as well or created a warm welcoming atmosphere). It would benefit the school if teachers were held to a minimum education requirement in a related field, especially those in the preschool programs."

"need to be more consistent with daily updates on brightwheel. sometimes I do not know what food was served. for lunch/snack. more attention needs to be given about keeping things clean. especially the bathroos.a child may have made a messin the toilet seat.and it is left there. then the next child is touching that when. they need to use. shod be checked and cleaned daily. also the floors are very dirty.the carpets are walked on by outside wet feet.and our children sit on them"

"My personal experience with the school has been great. My daughter loves it here. We receive a warm welcome every morning by Ms. Wendy and Ms. Suzie. Ms. Suzie is so wonderful with the children. Ms.Zenora is so attentive to all the children and keep them enthusiastic in every activity that she is engaging with them in."

"I love the staff here. I know I am leaving my children in capable and loving hands. My only complaint is with the infant room. There is no soothing equipment such as bouncers or swings. As a result, this room is often in chaos. A teacher only has two hands, but may be caring for up to 4 infants at a time! This environment makes it hard for the children to get adequate rest during the day. That said, the teachers in this room are phenomenal and really do the best they can with what they have. I just think everyone would be a little happier and less stressed if babies had somewhere to hang out other than the floor or crib."

"All the teachers are very good, Infant class Ms Tiffany and Toddlers class Ms Mary, they do a wonderful job. The director is very rude, with unpleasant expressions every time, wouldn't answer anything straight forward, also treats every kid differently. Everything is good except director."

"I must say that every time there is an event planned for family involvement it’s very disappointing. It’s just thrown together last minute it seems and due to that participation is very minimal. For example Mother’s Day Tea. My daughters were all excited about it and got all dressed up. It was just a box of chips Ajoy cookies (communal) that we got 1 cookie out if each. Tea was at desk unopened, so much for a celebration. For summer there’s a gathering that we the parents bring all the food in. For the price of tuition they could put more effort into these events. I am just comparing to other daycares that I’ve had girls in in the past. When there’s an ice cream social there are tubs of bulk ice cream put out for self serve, most of the time is melted."

"We have been very happy overall with the school, director and most of the teachers. The issues that have come up were resolved in a good way that satisfied our worries. The teachers love the kids and my kids have made great strides in their development since starting."

"Overall clean and well maintained school. Friendly staff! Only issue is that they are not staffed to capacity so I find that the teachers are frustrated and so are kids as they have to move classes due to lack of teachers. Kids are not comfortable moving out of their comfort zone and they shouldn't be put in this spot it's not the classrooms problem that there are not enough teachers"
