"Childtime has been a great choice for our kids. They have both grown so much educationally and socially. It is such a great feeling knowing that your kids are in good hands while you’re at work. My only recommendation is to use the Brightwheel app on a more regular basis. I like being able to see the activities my kids are engaged in and photos throughout the day. Also be more responsive to messages sent through the app. It is a great communication tool when used."

"There is hardly any communication from the preschool teacher. She seems really busy with all the kids and sometimes when I pick up my child her face still has remnants of lunch or untied shoes. My child loves her though and has a lot of fun in her class."

"Overall great. 2 complaints would be:Meal options. I don’t think the meals are adequate or enough. My child tends to be starving by the time we get home. There needs to be more than just a small PM snack. If I am picking up my child at 6pm—all he’s had to eat was lunch at 11/11:30 and crackers for a snack at 3! My child is literally starving when we get home. I don’t think this is appropriate for a growing toddler. Second complaint is that I have seen kids hit one another via the camera system and the teachers are typically a little busy and miss it. It’s happened a handful for times but this is concerning as a parent watching this. The teachers should be a little more attentive. I think Rebecca has always been open to listening to any of my concerns. I like ms Mary and Chris a lot! They seem to be the most enthusiastic."

"Overall this has been a positive experience. I do feel as though my child is safe. However, at times when I try to express concerns, I feel as through the staff are annoyed and don’t take it seriously. I also have concerns about curriculum in the room. When I view my child on the WatchMeGrow app, she is often sitting by herself. I have not received a picture update on the Brightwheel app in over 3 weeks. The teachers do not provide me with updates about what she does all day. It does not seem as though my child is interacted with unless she is being fed or changed."

"The school teachers are very nice and caring. It would be nice if they acknowledged your presence when you pick up your child. I get more acknowledgement from the children in the classes. The morning staff Mrs. Wendy, Mrs. Suzie, and Mrs. Mary are wonderful and attentive when dropping the kids off in the morning. I feel when I come back in the afternoon if someone is sitting at the front they should acknowledge who is coming into the building via waive, smile or hello if not speaking with another parent or on the phone. Communication needs to be better with regards to activities going on at the daycare. Maybe adding the calendar of events to the app.My child Loves coming here and I Love the teachers it’s okay if we needs some improvement nobody is perfect."

"The teachers are amazing. Although the ration is 1:4 sometimes it appears that 8 babies are too much for only two teachers. Sometimes babies are crying for extended times or worse they are briefly unsupervised while the teachers are at the sink or changing a diaper, etc."
