"My girls are now 4 1/2 years old, and have been going since they were 6 weeks old. We have largely had a good experience, with some hiccups along the way. My biggest concerns have been those of the past many months in relation to COVID protocols and consistency. I am nearly tired of expressing the same concerns and feeling like a difficult parent when I want the basics is teachers wearing masks appropriately, as they are in constant contact with my children, not mixing Pre-Kers with school-agers who typically have exponentially more exposure/contacts. I am literally exhausted from the worry but have to use this alternative due to the demand of my/my husband’s jobs."

"In the beginning I didn’t like the staff whatsoever, they were all so cold expect a few teachers who ironically are no longer employed there. The director was a little rude seeming like she bit off more than she could chew. But they came around. They then got a new assistant director and she was so RUDE, one Wednesday I was headed to work and was running late but forgot to make a payment she tried to make me later and make it when I insisted I could make it when I got to work I just had forgot. That was unprofessional. Since Covid it’s been a lot more of a pleasant experience, they love my son that matters most, I appreciate how hard they have been working through all the pandemic times , I’m grateful for them everyday."

"We spent almost 3 years trying to make it work financially for our children to attend this school. Ms. Joanie has been so patient and helpful. We have been so pleased with the translation despite COVID precautions. I transitioned my kids to this center not knowing the teachers or classes. It was a gamble but man did we win! My children are excited to go each day and always have a fun story to share. This is such a difference from our 1st childcare experience. I am so glad we are part of the ChildTime family! I wish I would have started here years ago. We love the teachers, our new friends, and school. The playgrounds are a big hit with the kids."

"Started off a warming atmosphere, quickly it has decreased. Staff are leaving ever since last summer, not giving any notice. Staffing issues, teachers left out of ratio, which causes burnout. Missing items of my children’s clothing. Lack of development in the last 3 months."

"I love our daycare. My parents (in Ohio) and I (in Virginia) literally spend chunks of time every day watching the watch me grow app gushing about how amazing our daycare is - especially Ms. Susan. The other day she showed the toddlers a baking soda and vinegar demonstration! Somehow she gets them to wash their hands and eat their food and go down for naps. I swear they are magical. And I've always felt welcome and appreciated since day one. And they make sure that decisions about my child are collective decisions that involve my input as well."
