"Childtime is to be avoided at all costs. How this facility is even open is beyond me. If you research their evaluations by the state dept. of licensing you will see a clear pattern that almost every year a pre-school teacher is cited for violating the children's personal rights. If you ask the management about this they say it's a helicopter mom who made a big deal out of nothing but that doesn't explain why the state cited them for the same offense several years in a row. Interestingly enough, the positive review on other platforms are also made by staff. There's too much corruption for a facility that is simply supposed to teach elementary things and keep your child safe. "

"Overall, I am very happy with Childtime. My daughter still cries at drop off, but it’s definitely getting better. There are some teachers that are more welcoming than others and that’s my only complaint. I would prefer them to greet her by name and help the drop off go smoother. The teachers in her classroom are very kind and she talks about them lovingly. The front staff is very friendly and helpful."

In particular, we like that Childtime is not about prestige, but rather is focused on developing socialized, prepared learners for when they step up to the elementary grades. "I have had a great experience so far. There have been a couple minor issues with other children but they are infants. The staff responded to my concerns and took the appropriate course of action. I feel like the staff also remains professional under pressure. Recently I witnessed another parent berating a teacher in the morning and it was entirely inappropriate and his tone wasn’t very respectful. The teacher handled it well and calmly tried to address his concerns. The bottom line is that I feel my child is receiving excellent care from nurturing, well qualified staff. I love seeing him on camera having such a great time or being so well taken care of when he’s not in a great mood. I’m a first time mom and I don’t feel nervous now leaving him there for the whole day."
