The morning teacher doesn't always pass along information to the afternoon teacher so when I pick up my daughter and I ask questions about the things that occurred in the AM the PM teacher doesn't know the answer. One example is when my daughter had a red mark on her head when i picked her up, the afternoon teacher was unable to tell me what happened saying it must of occurred before she came on duty."

"The director is amazing! Ms. Melissa goes above and beyond and really, I mean REALLY seems to have her heart and soul at this center. Anytime we have talked to her about an issue, she is a great listener and works with us on action or resolution. The teachers have been mixed over the years, with some really amazing ones that have sadly left, but some of the newer ones seem promising and I trust Ms. Melissa's hiring decisions. Overall, I am very happy we chose this center for our children and I always recommend it to people who I talk to with children!"
"Director and teat are very responsive to my concerns and flexible with my additional request or needs.I just wish I could receive more feedback from teachers on daily behavior of son, beyond what the paper says. Typically when I ask questions I don't get much info from them because those on second shift don't know what happens in the AM"
