"1. I love the school and my girls' teachers. My oldest loves going to school to play w/ her friends and always has something to tell me on the way home. My youngest is not talking yet, but she seems content and well-cared for during the day. 2. I have some things I would like to see added or changed: more parking lot lights. In the winter it can be pretty dark in some spots near the front. It really makes it difficult getting kids in/out of the car, especially if there's ice/snow when carrying kids around. Also during high volume times, I worry I'm not able to see a child so it really is a safety issue. I also would like to see the door codes changed more often for safety reasons. More barriers around the school to prevent cars from hitting the playground or god forbid the building itself d/t speeding. There needs to be a bigger infant fridge- with all of the kids in there, there isn't enough room for all of the bottles without stuff being crammed in there. Also, stop auto charging for classes or things. I dis-enrolled one of my girls from the preschool prodigies (which was just an awful class to begin with- none of it makes sense), but I was still being charged. Also, I want updates or some proof that my child is actually getting what I'm paying for w/ the elective classes. I haven't received updates re: spanish in weeks and when I ask other moms they haven't received anything either."

"Since the last director left, I feel like the school has become even warmer and friendlier. The teachers are wonderful. The only think I would suggest is to limit the amount of reminders about tuition payments. A blast email goes out over the BrightWheel app every week (sometimes multiple times a week). It seems unprofessional and makes it look like the school may in trouble financially."

My son has become extremely social and has exceeded in his language skills at the age of three and I thank the teachers for all they do. They really are a fantastic team"

"Much better for the teachers, parents, and the kids since they've gotten rid of Miss Melissa. I feel like the administrators there are more visible during drop off and pick up times; I feel like my daughter's teachers are respected by the administrators, I can sense a huge relief in the teachers who are my daughter's other mommies when she's at school (I FREAKING LOVE THEM!!!!). I will always recommend this place for other parents, but the diaper charges and the broken potties are 2 down falls."

The whole staff is nice and welcoming, and my whole family feels very comfortable having my child there."

"We picked this Childtime for the flexibility and location. Unfortunately our son has suffered from continual colds and ear infections as soon as he was enrolled. The classroom are understaffed and exceeding the number of babies to teacher ratio routinely. My child leaves exhausted and cranky."
